Awful service, SCAM COMPANY! ordered items, promised would arrive, never did! keep money then have to chase for refund. They pass the blame onto the 'supplier'. Seems like other customers experiencing similar issues.

It seems that the company already knew…
It seems that the company already knew about a delay in shipping Shark fans looking at the other reviews on here, but still continued to show it as available on their website. Should have bought it from another place before they all sold out - now there are none available anywhere because of this misinformation from Cleanstore.

Whilst we were aware of delays to the TF200 & FA220 models, we were unware that the FA300 model you purchased was also affected by the delay.
As per our prior email correspondence, your order was due to be dispatched by Shark's UK distributor directly. As per the update we sent to you, the stock arrival / dispatch date was revised & we fully understand your frustration at this having initially ordered on a 2-3 day service.
As per the update we sent to you, we were advised that due to the unprecedented demand on Shark fans over the past month, the distributor would be unable to dispatch your order until September.
Following this lengthy unforeseen delay we advised you via email that we could not in good conscience hold onto your order / payment for over another 3 months & as such your order was cancelled & refunded in full.

An absolute joke of a company
An absolute joke of a company. You place an order for something they have in stock and they take your money straight away. They then give you a delivery date only for the item to not arrive. No email to keep you informed until you contact them yourself to find out what is going on. Usual excuses that the distributor have no stock and they will keep you updated as to what is happening. After several emails to find out what is happening to the order you keep getting the same old excuses. Finally having got totally despondent asked for a refund only to be informed that I will get the refund after 7 to 10 days although they take your money immediately. Be very wary if ordering from this company as they find it difficult to carry orders through.

The fan that was never delivered
Ordered a Shark fan back at the end of May. After repeated follow ups as to why it has not been delivered and after lots of excuses related to their distributor, they refunded my order two days ago - almost a month later. Ordered it from Shark directly and will be delivered today...

DONT SHOP HERE
Dont use these jokers. Ordered 25th May an in stock, next day delivery item. Told next day no stock but it was arriving at distributor on 1st June, delivered on 3rd. Heard nothing so contacted again and told no stock still its now 9th so will be there on 11th and was assured that had enough stock to fulfil all back orders, chased on 10th and told its now the 12th for delivery but will get in touch either way...heard nothing so comtacted again on 15th and confirmed stock received and being sent to me "this afternoon", heard nothing so chased on 16th and was told not enough stock for back orders until september so heres your money back. Absolute jokers who just mess you around. Ive ordered exact same item from a proper retailer and amazingly its in stock and was delivered next day. Dont be tempted to use Cleanstore ever...read the poor reviews and the common theme that emerges

put an order in on the 25th of May for a fan that was “in stock” wasn’t until I emailed first about an update on my order to then be told they don’t have stock and now been told they won’t have stock until the 1st of July, spent £150 only to receive a £5 refund for the inconvenience!

I placed an order with Cleanstore on 24…
I placed an order with Cleanstore on 24 May for car cleaning products, including Bilt Hamber Auto-Foam and Turtle Wax shampoo, paying £6.99 for delivery.
After placing the order, I received no proactive updates. I only found out there was an issue when I contacted them myself on 30 May, at which point I was told one of the items was out of stock and would not be available until the following week.
I was then informed that once the stock arrived, the order would be sent via next-day delivery. Based on that, I was expecting delivery by Thursday 4 June.
However, this timeframe was not met, and I received no dispatch confirmation or updated information. I had to chase multiple times to get any clarity on what was happening with my order.
While Cleanstore did eventually refund the delivery charge and offer a small goodwill gesture, the main issue was the lack of communication and the fact that the delivery expectations they set were not met.
Overall, the experience has been frustrating due to delays and poor communication. I would expect better transparency and more proactive updates when orders cannot be fulfilled as expected.

As per our email correspondence, whilst we do look to update customers ASAP when orders are placed onto back order, our system requires a confirmed stock delivery date from the manufacturer in question, prior to sending customers an estimated delivery date via email. Unfortunately as we had not yet had a stock delivery date confirmed when you contacted us to chase the order, our system had not received a date in order to generate the automated update email.
We can see that your order has now been delivered & we hope that the remedial action taken has helped offset the inconvenience suffered, as well as restoring your faith in our service.

Cleanstore, the company I had never heard of before.
Clean store are a company I had never heard of before until I was looking to buy this power washer What a fantastic company to deal with, I had a couple of questions to ask and they had all the answers, also no problems in getting through to them when i called.
I purchase the Nilfisk 200 (what a machine compared to the more popular “yellow coloured pressure washers”, the Nilfisk feels far better and superior in build quality and a lot quieter and smoother when it’s operating) and was really pleased as they had the best deal on it.
Overall between service, price and delivery Cleanstore came tops for me. Keep up the good work. Yes, the Nilfisk isn’t the chest of washers but I’m so pleased I spent more and got a top quality machine. I also got an extended 10 year warranty through Nilfisk when I registered it.

Poor service
Delivery was very late and the packaging was awful. Took me at least 30mins to undo packaging. Product was all squashed up (feathers). Poor quality product and not as per photo shown. Terrible service.
