Bought some paper roll holders - contacted them before purchasing, they informed it would be a 2-week lead time.
Items arrived ontime and were 1/3 price of other companies we use more regularly.
Do not waste your time with these, mailed twice for costs as no other way, not heard a thing, doubt they will read this either.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I placed my first order early this morning. I then realised that the confirmation email gives no indication of ETA. I wanted to confirm that as need things for an event and if happy wanted to add something. It says "if you need to cancel or update your order please contact us by replying to this email or calling us on xxxx quoting order number .........". No one has picked the phone up all day. It just rings until it cuts out with no voicemail. If you reply to email it simply bounces. I'm so annoyed with myself for not reading the reviews first. Steer clear.
Ordered the goods online & paid the £9.54 carriage charge.
received confirmation the same day that the order was ready for packing, chased the order after 5 days only to be told that they had NO stock & it would be a further 10 days..... AVOID.
Brilliant customer support team. Great service and good quality items. Definitely recommend
Stole another companies name - cleaningsupplies2u then paid for ads before their website on google search.... dodgy af
Ordered 18 days ago and heard nothing from them since despite an email requesting update. Do not answer phone just a recorded message. Realise things are difficult but they should not take orders they cannot meet.
Selling essential supplies they don't have in stock and taking 2 weeks to tell you that
