Disappointed big time!
I have ordered my daughter school shoes from the website and two weeks later still don’t have them.
She supposed to start school tomorrow but unfortunately she will stay home as she doesn’t have SHOES !!!

I returned a pair of shoes. Hermes confirmed that the return package had reached the warehouse. I waited 21 days for the refund to be processed. Guess what? Still nothing. I have contacted them and now I am waiting to see whether it will get solved or I will need to get my money back through my bank and report the company to Trading Standards.

Dreadful company, twice now I have ordered and PAID for some shoes for my son, only to receive an email 5 days later saying sorry out of stock can’t fulfill order!?!? No way of contacting them at all! AVOID at all costs!! Would receive 0 stars if I could

I placed an order for my daughters first school shoes at the beginning of August. I had a PayPal email for the transaction but no correspondence from the store. I emailed twice for an update to be told no order had been generated but they had taken the payment. I had started a PayPal dispute to be told to cancel and they would refund me. I did that and still no refund. I can not go back to PayPal as I cancelled the dispute myself. Seems like a big scam to me. May only be £29 but when you are buying for 3 kids it's a lot of money to lose for nothing!

Same as others, still waiting for refund, emails being ignore.

Same as many other customers. Shoes returned 02/08/21, still no refund, they do not answer their contact emails and Facebook page.
I have been into a Clarks store and phoned an outlet shop for help, neither had a contact number for the online outlet store. Communication and customer service is disgusting!!!!

Absolutely zero customer service - ordered shoes on 7th August 2021 and the courier, Hermes, state that delivery is delayed with no change since 12th August - they advised to contact Clarks for a refund but you can only cancel an order and get a refund if you return the items - which I have not received - emailed and completed contact details on website 4 times over past 10 days with no response - you just cannot contact them any other way so totally in limbo with no way of getting money back until they choose to respond - shop somewhere else if you want to avoid hassle of exchanging or getting a refund

It seems the same has happened to me as others. Returned a pair of shoes at the beginning of the month now over 21 days which they say to give them for returns. The pair I bought at the time was the last one in that size, after I purchased that size was no longer available however since returning it is back up. Of course this could be from another return however it does make me wonder if it’s my pair… I have tried contacting multiple times with no answer. It is very disappointing as I normally purchase from Clark’s, assuming they are a well known reputable company. I will not be purchasing from them or the outlet ever again. I used PayPal for my purchase so will be enquiring with them to see if I can raise a dispute.

I understand delays and staffing issues due to COVID, but a lack of communication is totally unacceptable.

I returned a pair of shoes two weeks ago via Hermes Courier and have heard absolutely nothing since.

Emailed a few days ago and got a response simply asking me to confirm whether I am the account holder !

No updates on the status of my refund or even whether they've received the item.

Of course there's no phone number so just left waiting around. Truly awful customer service.

Returns department non existent!
Quick delivery of order and products, but that's as far as it goes. No acknowledgement of return of products, No reply to emails, No refund!
Will not be using again or recommending to anyone.

Same story as other customers, sent shoes back on 10/6/21 no refund and no reply to emails.
Is this company in financial trouble?
I've read they have mega problems regarding staff issues, whatever the problem is will not be using again.
Thank goodness i paid with credit card.just had word my refund has been processed and will be back on card in 3/5days today is 04/08/21 this has taken far too long.

No refund on returned items.

As with many other customers frustrated at not having received a refund a month after returning a pair of shoes. E mailed no reply. Impossible to phone them.
Not what you would expect from a (reputable?) company. Very very disappointed.

Didn’t want to give any stars. Shoes returned 12 th June no refund no reply to four emails, even tried sending message via cancellation department. What is going on ??????

Terrible terrible service, returns not processed and unable to contact! I’m contacting trading standards to report as I’ve tried ever other avenue.

Horrendous customer service. Shoes returned 32 days ago by Hermes Courier, which showed returned to Clarks Outlet on 16th June. Waited 21 days. Nothing. Have now sent 3 e-mails and not even a response from them. No other way of contacting them. They are happy to take your money, but they now have both - my money and the returned shoes. Absolutely awful service.

My 2 pairs of shoes arrived promptly. My payment was taken immediately. Wrong size. Returned via Hermes ages ago! No refund as yet. No contact number available. Yet another Covid excuse! Everyone else has managed to cope admirably, so what is their problem?

Returned a pair of shoes over 21 days ago, emailed twice no reply .Contacted Clark’s in the Clark’s village at Street Somerset who emphasised and confirmed they have received several calls from customers chasing up their refunds.Unfortunately they have no means of contacting them either.
I will not be ordering again you have lost a customer.

I’ve shopped with this site for years with no problem but recently had to return 2 pairs of shoes which I sent back at the beginning of last monthJune .I have still not received a refund for either pair and like other customers have sent numerous emails and have not had one reply Are they absconding with peoples money .They can’t keep using COVID as an excuse other retailers have worked efficiently throughout and promptly given refunds so why not Clark’s Outlet?
