We have used the range at Formby Golf Centre at least once a week for years, and have always found Mike and his team to be polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Undisturbed browsing is encouraged, and if a particular product or size is not in stock, they will bring one over from the larger Rainford depot. We are well served for golf on the Golf Coast, and David Clarke is one of the reasons why.

Hadn’t used Clarkes Golf before but will definitely do so in the future, as their customer service is exceptional, incredibly speedy delivery and low prices.

Also got a free gift, who doesn’t love a free gift.

Really good experience, never heard of these till Monday. Ordered a pair of golf shoes on Monday on a 2-3 day delivery and received on Tuesday. Really good service!!!! Will look to buy from again

Really informative and knowledgeable custom fitting session with Kevin.

I have been looking at upgrading my driver for some time, and I have previously tried their some of their demonstration clubs in the normal driving range bays and thought I was ready to buy. But to be sure, I booked a custom fitting session.

Kevin was really friendly, encouraging, informative and patient while I tried various clubs, and he educated me as to what I should focus on when building my driver, given my swing speed, launch angle, amongst other things.

At the end, I felt completely sure of the purchase I was going to make, and it was actually a different club from what I had tried in the weeks prior, because it was set up correctly, and I felt most comfortable with it by the end of the session.

There was no hard sell, and that was important to me. I was left alone to make my decision, and I'll definitely be looking to Clarkes again when it comes to upgrading my 15 year old irons next!

I ordered some golf shoes on their site. I found what I wanted, then clicked to change colour but that colour was out of stock so I settled for the original colour. When they arrived they were 2 sizes smaller than my size. Checking the order, the size corresponded to the size I received. A mix-up but no problem as they offered full refund returns. About 2 weeks later, I got my refund but for £4 less than I paid.

Great company to deal with , speedy delivery of orders, and great products at a great price , dealt with Sue, very helpful and professional ,will definately be dealing with again

Very Competitive prices & excellent service. Docked them one star as they use DPD local. Would be perfect if they used an honest delivery company!

I ordered a Ping Sigma 2 Fetch putter at around 12.30 pm on Thursday. The price was the cheapest I was able to find. The putter was delivered at 12.16 pm on the Friday exactly as promised by DPD. There was no extra charge for the next day delivery. The putter was well packed and in great condition on arrival.
I have used a number of online golf retailers in the past and I must say that Clarkes Golf is amongst the best and maybe the best I have dealt with. Thank you so much for a brilliant product and service

Still waiting for delivery been everywhere apart from the delivery address. I’m afraid I wouldn’t buy from you again. I ordered the shoes in plenty of time supposed to be delivered Wednesday it’s now going into Friday ! I had to cancel golf as no shoes !!!!

Have bought from them a few times now. Always seems to be a good experience. A bit slow on email replies so use the chat online, actually a person and not a bot. If anything I'd like them to price match upto a week after purchase. It seemed long winded the current process so I didn't bother. I haven't had to send anything back so can't rate the returns process
