jackets listed for 65$ are 19$, shorts for 55 are 15.

The quality of the products is the worst I have ever seen. Paid $100 for Orthopedic shoes that were so badly put together that I would not have paid $5.00. They say they are a Toronto boutique, they are not. Do not shop here,
total misrepresentation of products.

Saw the store ads on Instagram and visited the website. The store is supposed to be in Toronto. I bought three items, a T-Shirt, a Sweater, and a pair of Shorts. Received the items and found none of them fit. The T-Shirt for example was supposed to be a Mens Large with a "relaxed" fit,... I put it on and it was more like a Boys Medium! The other two items also didn't fit as advertised. Supposedly everything has a money back guarantee.

Going through the return process is maddening. Even if I wanted an exchange you still have to pay for the exchanged items, but at a 30% discount, yay!! They offered me a 20% refund and I keep the items. Now realizing that I've been scammed and reading these reviews confirmed it.

Looking into the return process which is needlessly complicated and it seems rife for a scam. I should have known,... feel like a complete idiot. Stay away from this supposed store!!!

Product NOT as advertised. I ordered linen/cotton blouse but got ugly, cheap, polyester blouse. From website I assumed the company was in Toronto. They are not. There is no store in Toronto. The item came from Singapore but phone number listed on my visa is Netherland. Quality of item is poor. I emailed them and they replied that I got what I ordered which is not true. They do not refund me in spite of the fact that I did not get product what I ordered. This company is a scam. Be aware of this.

So this is a scam site, and I got taken big time! Everything I ordered is junk and now Im concerned my credit card information is compromised

Scam - absolutely garbage product. Fake website, fake claims on quality and materials. Total scam business model. Instagram and Meta for hosting this continuous criminal behaviour is culpable.

I received the blouse after 2 weeks and was very disappointed in the quality. Very flimsy material and the colour was very much lighter than it appeared. Having no apparent way to return, I tossed it in a box for thrift. Expensive lesson. Won’t be shopping at or recommending Claire. Sincerely unsatisfied customer.

Order from Mississauga, waited for my order about two weeks, on website dress was described as made of cotton and linień, but I got polyester, other dress does not look like the one one the website picture and it was not “fit to the size”. And just you should know what is on “sale” you will not able to returned!

Ordered 4 linen loose fitting tops (as they were described). Based on that I ordered 2 different sizes. The payment was processed and although they were sale items, I did not know they were considered a “final sale”. Based on Claire Toronto return policy they are not eligible for return or refund. For the price being charged, the quality is very poor. Flimsy fabric and ill-fitting. They have offered another size for $20 for the item or @ 10% refund which equates to about $20. off the almost $200. I spent. Therefore, I would end up with 4 blouses, of the wrong size for approximately $180. at $45. each.
These items are barely worth $20. each!
I would never recommend Claire Toronto for any purchases. The quality of their product is substandard and vastly overpriced.

This business engages in predatory "bait-and-switch" e-commerce practices designed to defraud consumers. I purchased an item advertised as a high-quality denim and chiffon top ("Vessa™ Denim Top") for over $70 CAD. The item delivered was an absolute scam—it bears zero structural resemblance to the online photo and is made of unwearable, incredibly cheap synthetic materials.

To trick buyers into thinking the purchase is safe, the company prominently features an unconditional guarantee on their main product pages stating: "Not completely satisfied? No problem, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make sure the process is simple and stress-free."

However, when you contact customer support to initiate a return, they deny it. They claim that because the item was marked down on "sale" (which applies to their entire inventory), it is "Final Sale." Instead of honoring their 30-day guarantee, they send a templated email offering a completely unacceptable 10% partial refund ($7.00) while refusing to take the unwearable item back.

This is a highly coordinated, misleading marketing scheme to trap consumer funds. Dozens of identical reports on consumer review sites prove this is their standard business model.

Worst quality of any product I have ever bought, cheap looking and cheap material....these blouse tops should have been $19.95....

The suit i ordered wasn't anything like advertised. 2X did not come close to size chart. No lining in jacket. Pants were not the style described. They said it was easy return, but told me it was a final sale and they wouldn't take it back. 90 dollars down the drain.

Ordered an outfit 2 weeks ago and it arrived a few days ago and was not what I had ordered . I corresponded with the this so called company . They wanted a video of the merchandise and then after submitting it for my refund I was told that the 80.00 price I paid was the sale price and was not returnable , however they would issue a 10% refund and I could keep the item . As I have read here I to usually do research before I order and thought they were a Canadian company . Like previous reviews the outfit came with no tags and was a cheap nylon material . Please DO NOT order from any company name of David and Claire , or Claire Toronto it’s a money making scam . Al the clothing comes from China and it’s sold at Canadian marked up retail . Everything is on sale so they don’t have to refund anything. I wax dupped out of 80.00 .

I feel so stupid that I didn’t check reviews before I placed my order. I knew as soon as I placed the order and received the second email about the order something wasn’t right. I tried to stop the order within two days and they said they could not. It took two weeks to arrive from China where I thought it was Canadian.

Complete scam! Everything is on sale and all sales are final. There is no Toronto store, everything ships from China. The items look NOTHING like they do online. The quality is garbage.

Like the other reviewer, if there was an option to chose zero stars, I would. The blouse took two weeks to get here, was of very poor quality, badly constructed, colour ordered was a vibrant orange and received something that looked like it had been through years of washing, material was as thin as an old tea towel. In addition, there was no label indicating origin, content, washing instructions, etc whatsoever. Despite their guarantee of a full refund within 30 days on the order page, they quoted me their refund policy that sale items couldn't be refunded. This item was supposed to sell at $159.00 but was reduced to $59.00 and when I asked for return instructions they refused and instead offered me a 10% refund ($6.00 lousy bucks) and said I could keep the item. This company is very deceptive in it's marketing practices and provides very sub-standard products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

While reading the reviews I feel I’ve been mislead in thinking this was a Canadian store like the others, not from China!
I get repeated e-mails informing me my package is in transit. I can’t track the package of the carrier because it won’t let you! I’ve been waiting 2 weeks. All I can say is if it “ever arrives” it better be good quality like the photo.🤦‍♀️😡
