I had my treatment done in April 2022 with Dr Mohamed. He explained everything in detail and he did makesure that I did understand and what I will be going through. Staff were really good and helpful and between treatment they checked if I was feeling well.
And I am really grateful with the outcome. I would recommend anyone to get theirs treatment done here. Thank you again.

Had the transplant back on August 10th 2021 and after a year my hair looks amazing, can't thank Dr Mohamed and his team enough, would highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting a hair transplant with this company.

I visited the clinic in October 2021, to undergo a hair transplant with Dr Mohamed and his team. They made me feel so welcome and at ease throughout. I must say the staff and Dr Mohammad have been marvellous. Dr Mohammed gave a fantastic service and was very particular about results and care every step of the way . Attended this clinic January 2021 - the procedure at the time would be considered a success. After 5-6 months I noticed it wasn’t growing in the way I would of imagined it to and it seemed extremely unnatural. After contacting Dr Mo and sending him pictures I was informed it seemed odd but he confirmed the procedure was done correct. I’ve been very unhappy with the results of my procedure and regret going with this company. Dr Mo contacted me again recently as it seemed he forgot about our last chat to which I reminded him. He asked again for pictures and videos of present day to which it’s very clear why I’m unhappy and he informed me it didn’t seem correct. He asked for some time to figure out what can he done. After chasing him again a few weeks later and his reply was. “ yes I can see why you’re unhappy with it, all I can suggest is using Gel or Wax to contain the uncontrollable hairs “ Extremely unhappy with my procedure and would not recommend to friends

I visited the clinic in January 2021 to undergo the hair transplant procedure.
The Dr and the whole team were very friendly and attentive.
They gave me clear instructions for aftercare and were always available for any queries I might have. More than a year on from the procedure I can honestly say my hairline looks thick and natural, I would 100% recommend the clinic to anyone contemplating this life changing procedure.

I booked with City Clinics via a reseller called Hair Loss Studio in Derby. I paid £3,200 for up to 3000 grafts which I thought was incredibly reasonable for the UK.

The clinic is basic and the lunch is a sandwich, crisps and a bottle of water. However, I would rather keep the cost low and avoid the unnecessary frills so in a weird way this was reassuring to me that I knew where my money was being spent.

Dr Mohammed seemed like a nice person, we agreed on a hairline and a course of action. I had roughly 2500 in the front and 500 in the crown area. Technicians do the harvesting and implantation, Dr Mo only the incisions. I know some people feel the need to have a surgeon for the entire thing, honestly the technicians were brilliant and do this every day! It started about 9:30am and finished about 6pm so I am confident it was not rushed in any way.

There has been no aftercare other than the prescription and instructions for treating you hair and head for the first couple of weeks. It would have been nice to of received a text or a call but it really is just a waiting game to see results.

I am now 6 months post surgery and I am very happy with the result. I have a natural looking hairline with reasonable density. I am hoping some hair will thicken more up to the 12 month mark, but nonetheless I am satisfied with it.

I was pretty nervous going to the clinic a year ago but was treated very well by the team and given an excellent transplant. For those considering the procedure, just remember it takes a year to see the result you want (perhaps longer) so be patient. I would not hesitate to use them again if I need any future transplants.

I am only giving 4 stars as opposed to 5 because I was never contacted by the clinic as part of any after care. I would have expected a follow up to ask how i was doing. I was the one messaging them instead.

I have had 3 separate hair transplant procedures at City Clinics, Kensington, as I had severe hair loss, but Dr Mohamed Mohamed and his first class team delivered world class service, everyone was really courteous and welcoming, which made me feel relaxed and totally at ease. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank You.

Went to City Clinics Kensington for a hair transplant on 12/04/22. From the first minute walking in I was put at ease by the friendly receptionist. Asked to fill out a questionnaire and was immediately shown through to the room where the surgery was going to take place. Elizabeth and Amal the technicians were amazing and talked me through each stage, and Dr. Mo is a consummate professional. They give you a leaving pack with all the info you need to help recovery. The only reason I gave four stars is because it will be some time before I see the final results but it was a five star experience and I would thoroughly recommend the team at City Clinics.

The process was very easy from start to finish. The technicians were very welcoming and put me at ease explaining the whole procedure. The surgery went very smoothly and Dr Mohmamed , is clearly an expert in this field and made sure all the appropriate checks were done before he allowed me to leave. Even little touches like lunch and sorting my travel out of London were really appreciated. Overall i couldn't of asked for a better experience

The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Arrived for the afternoon session and was asked to fill out the forms and received help where required. The Technicians were all lovely and made me a feel at ease and talked me through what the afternoon would entail. Dr Mohamed then went through everything with me clearly and made me feel completely comfortable as this is a very nerve wracking experience. Dr Mohamed clearly has a lot of expertise in this field and is a very skilled Surgeon. I would highly recommend him and City Clinics. The procedure seemed to go smoothly with no issues and not much pain and the result has been fantastic. The first night was fairly uncomfortable, but was expected and the scabs all healed very quickly inside a week. What I would say is, if anyone is thinking about this and unsure, I would say just go for it as the happiness and satisfaction is second to none. Best Regards Adam Clarke

Arrived at 8am filled out consent form straight to procedure surgical staff lovely I felt relaxed so no pain had some lunch provided by clinic freshly made got grafts done would recommend Dr Mohamed explained everything to me made me feel relaxed and looking forward to the end result for anyone looking for hair restoration great team will be back again thanks Clive
