We offer FREE returns for 30 days and we offer FREE delivery in mainland UK for 99% of our products, we do have a few really bulky items that are low cost and need an excess shipping charge, they clearly state this on the product pages, if you require delivery in outlying areas please refer to our delivery page for costs.

Won't use again.£15 for delivery that they tried to increase to £20 and I cancelled the order to be fair credit came through sharp.

Sorry about the mix up with shipping. Unfortunately because of where you live and the bulkyness of the goods you ordered our courier company charged an additional sum for the delivery.

Of course if you had ordered over £60 delivery would be free.

Excellent service

Ordered a cleaning product to try and was happy with the speedy service. Arrived swiftly the next day. The product was also great,did what I wanted it to do.

Very unhappy, still waiting for my delivery!

The courier you have used has not delivered the item yet.
I have contacted them on two occasions and arranged delivery days, but they have failed to turn up!
Very disappointing.

Sorry to hear about the troubles you've been having but at least you have your goods now. As you can imagine we send out a lot of parcels and the couriers are usually very good. We have made the head office aware of you issues and they are looking into the driver in question with a view to possibly making changes.

Hopefully if you choose to use us again you'll experience the same level of service that most of our customers usually do, as reported here!
