I have a couple of dresses from…

I have a couple of dresses from CilemTunc and I love them! Super good quality and top service. Every time i wear one of her dresses i receive a lot of compliments. Looking forward to the up coming collections!

Amazing quality and great service

I ordered 3 dresses and they came within 3 days to the Netherlands. Also they leave a personal thank you note behind.
The service is really good.
I returned one of the dresses and received a refund directly via the way I paid.
Also they helped me getting the right sizes as I e-mailed them, not knowing whether I had to choose a size 36 or 38.

The service is really good and the quality of the clothing is amazing. As someone who most of the time wears designer clothes, Cilem Tunc gives you truly amazing quality for the price.

The clothing quality is amazing, the service is great!🤩

Lovinggg it!

I've worn different dresses from different collection of Cilem Tunc and I got to say: I absolutely loved each item I've gotten from them! As someone who travels a lot for work I'm always looking for a unique but effortless dress or outfit for a fun night out or for a serious business meeting, and it always goes perfect for each occasion. It's just easy to style and it's classy and timeless.

Important to note that the materials are soft, delicate, and stay beautiful after many wears. Just as pretty as in the pictures. I highly recommend it!!

Eind Mei 2024 had ik jurken besteld bij…

Eind Mei 2024 had ik jurken besteld bij Cilem Tunc. Duurde 2weken + voor dat ik ze kreeg en dan was het beschadigd aangekomen!
Ik had ze mails gestuurd en dan return gedaan en mijn geld terug gevraagd. Maar ze wou mijn geld niet terug geven maar wel voucher.
Dan had ik kans nog gegeven en iets anders gekozen en besteld. Duurde weer heel lang en niks gekregen. Ik had 10x mails gestuurd want op de tracking stond dat de pakketje was niet bij de post gebracht ! Dan besloot ik privé naar Cilem te sturen en ze zei dat die kleedjes was uitverkocht! Maar waarom stond het dan beschikbaar op de site?!
Dan had ze weer voucher gestuurd. Ik ben zo dom om nog kans gegeven en opnieuw te bestellen.
Duurt het weer maanden en mijn geduld was echt op . Ik vroeg terug voor mijn geld want ik had mijn bestelling niet ontvangen! Ze weten goed genoeg dat ze de paketje niet had verstuurd anders blijven ze mij niet voucher geven. Daarna zei ze dat eind van de jaar 2024 ging nieuwe collectie komen maar er was niks gekomen! Tot april 2025 was haar nieuwe collectie uitgekomen dan dacht ik ok laaste keer dat ik kans zal geven. En tot nu is al 2weken+ na bestelling datum heb ik nog NIKS gekregen zelf geen track& trace !
En het gaat 500€+
En elke keer als ik iets besteld moet ik ook zelf verzendkosten betalen en bij retourneren ook nog. Deze is echt niet normaal hoe dat ze klanten afripen!
Enkel goede reacties van eigen vriendinnen op stories plaatsen maar de slechte dingens dat aan doen zijn negeren ze !!!
