Hi. I would like to thank the lady I dealt with that explained everything to me, about sending my Oris pro dive to them for a repair.
Once the watch got there, all was explained including details,
about the repair. I authorised the repair which I thought was very a reasonable price.
Within one week I was told it’s done, once I paid for, I received my watch the next day.
Which made me even more happier. The lady (gillan ), I think phoned to make sure I check my Emails as I was going on holiday at the end of the week.
I did.
And now away with my watch.

I own a Doxa SUB 200 C-GRAPH II and the winding mechanism broke within the warranty period. I sent my watch to Chrontime (official Doxa repairers). Although the repair time was 6 weeks, the only reason for this was getting parts from Doxa, which takes a very long time. Bev and Jill at Chrontime could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. Their service and communication were absolutely first rate. When the watch came back to me it was in even better condition than when I purchased it, would highly recommend this excellent team.

Not impressed. This company is supposed to be a Junghans repair specialist so I sent my Junghans Mega radio controlled watch in for quote. The problem was that the hours and minutes hands didn’t move but the seconds one did and the date updated OK. They came back with a quote of £500 which involved replacing the whole internal module. So much for a skilled watch technicians. The watch originally cost me £130 and I’ve seen new ones on line for around £400. After requesting the watch back unrepaired the final blow was an invoice for £43 of which £18 was P&P. I sent it to them insured special delivery for around £9.
I had initially contacted Junghans directly and they recommended this outfit as the UK authorised agents, what a joke!

Decided to take a look inside the watch myself (I’m a retired electronics engineer) and I fixed it in around 15 minutes at zero cost.

Good personal service, good communication, good advice given. Watch (old Oris) running better than it has done for a long time. Took a little while but no longer than they said it would. Recommend.

Terrible. Fixed my watch three times and never solved it and then lost the watch in the post. Still haven’t compensated. Terrible customer service and all round disregard of providing any decency. Avoid.

After some minor searching and contacting Oris.ch I found Chrontime. Chrontime are the official Oris watch service and restoration centre in the UK. I sent in my old and battered Oris (80s model) Pointer Date for a full service, and received what can only be called a new watch about 12 weeks later. And, yes, it was my old watch looking like new, made to look that way by a meticulous horologist, calibrated to keep time like a COSC chronometer. At the moment this is a staggering +2 seconds per diem! The service cost was on the higher side on a par with other Swiss big/bigger watchmakers. This was well worth it. Many thanks.

I bought a brand new Junghans watch from First Class Watch, and after wearing it only three times, I noticed a issues with misaligned hands. Since I was just one day past the return window, First Class Watch said they could only send it to a certified service center. They forwarded the watch to ChronTime, and let me be clear—it was in perfect condition, worn just three times, with the case back still covered by a protective film. When the watch was returned from ChronTime, both the dial and case back were severely damaged, and the leather strap was also affected. They somehow managed to scratch the dial in four places and left strange circular marks on the case back "it looked like they tried to unscrew the case back even though it doesn't unscrew clearly inexperienced service center". If you want your watch ruined, send it here—otherwise, I’d recommend finding a more reputable service center.
