Good beginners class with plenty of instruction and guidance throughout

I have been attending Chloe’s Beginners class for 12 months now as I suffer with ongoing back problems .
My back and posture are much better thanks to Chloe’s help .
She is an excellent teacher and knows her students problems and looks after our individual needs .
I love her classes they are friendly and fun .

I have recently attended Chloe’s beginner reformer class and I would definitely recommend. Chloe is very patient and takes her time to explain the reformer and technique. Chloe is supportive but knows when to challenge you.

The matwork pilates is such a great class. I feel like you get a lot out of the one hour session and I actually really enjoy it! Amazing for toning the whole body. I highly recommend!

Chloe is an amazing Pilates instructor. Her sessions are always interesting and challenging. She adapts her routines where necessary, taking the time to understand the needs of her participants. Even though it is exercise, I look forward to each class and my body feels rewarded for taking part. My posture has also improved since I have been attending the classes.
