We have been using mountford for letting our flats almost since they started.All the staff from the early days through to now have been consistently professional, helpful, and friendly. They have consistently found us good reliable tenants through their thorough vetting process. Everyone I have dealt with over the years have always been friendly and informative, can't fault any of them.

Ryan Letch is absolutely brilliant. He has supported us with managing our properties and finding tenants for many, many years, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. He consistently secures excellent tenants for us and is always incredibly helpful, professional, and clear in his communication. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Ryan is always reassuring and proactive, which makes the whole process straightforward and stress free. We would highly recommend Ryan Letch and the team at CHK Mountford.

Void periods have been almost non-existent and the studios have been well maintained and looked after. The team at the Surbiton branch were very responsive, especially after we'd flagged a number of concerns with the property after the inventory report and even helped us with our own personal requests. Any emergencies were dealt with quickly and thoroughly, appointing good tradespeople in decent timeframes. Inspections were quick and professional and we were kept updated via email or post. With our recent move out of Surbiton (we bought a property after a long transaction), we found the team (who liaised with the landlord) very accommodating and supportive, especially as our transaction dragged on over the year. Overall, a very professional, friendly estate agent.
