I rang Chips Ahoy for a quote. The quote was much more reasonable than other companies, so I decided to go with them.

I spoke to Brandon and he explained the process, he was very chatty, very polite and arranged a date/time.

When he arrived, he introduced himself, instantly started taking the screen out, worked tidily, and very professional.

With Brandon’s customer service skills, he is a bonus to the company.
I was buying from him!!
He has the ability to put you at ease, answer any questions or queries you have, did the job, no fuse, just got on with it.

Would highly recommend this company and thankyou to Brandon.

The fitter, Brandon, called in advance to say he was on his way. He arrived on-time and set-to immediately to replace the windscreen. He was polite and, after a while, informed me he'd have the job completed within the hour. He actually finished in a little over 45 minutes, including clearing-up and taking payment.
All considered, happy with the product, service and the price!

Don’t normally leave reviews but these guys deserve one! I contacted them by accident whilst trying to get in contact with national who still hadn’t managed to fit a new windscreen after two weeks and it being priority any cut a long story short spoke to them Thursday morning cancelled my insurance claim with National booked in with Chips Ahoy windscreen was fitted Friday morning Charlie was great polite and got the job done within an hour!

Charlie managed my screen replacement, got me booked in quickly and did the job well and kept me informed. Was very friendly and a great service.

The engineer did a good job but had to listen to 5 days of flannel from Anthony in the office. Booked for the following day as an emergency but didnt turn up until 5 days later after paying a deposit. AVOID using this company if you want an easy life and not lied to consitantly. Until they sort themselves out and run a company proffesionally DO not use them.

Since they tried to make a fool of me, I will report it to all possible regulatory bodies. Let them assess whether the service they offer is at the required level and how well the rights of the customers are protected.

Great communication, fast reaction time, can't complain about anything!!!! From initial contact on a Saturday afternoon (yes did waffle on abit but in a good way 😂) to Brandon turning up on Monday afternoon to fit new windscreen, very good and curtious to my partner, which I would like to thank him for and for doing a great job. All in all highly recommend this company to anyone.

Would never use this company again. Used them as they promised next day fitting. They then rang the next day to say the fitter hadn't turned up for work so can they reschedule for the tomorrow. This was an inconvenience but not the end of the world.
When the fitter Brandon, was finished he left glass all around and inside the car. He also left loads of glass inside the boot cassette so every time you opened the boot broken glass rattled around. If that wasn't bad enough he also managed to snap the clips on the interior trims so they don't sit flush anymore.
When i contacted Chips Ahoy about this they accused me of braking the trims myself and trying to get them to pay for it. Which now looking at previous reviews is how they deal with all complaints of damage. A real cowboy outfit who now won't even ring me back.

I had to get my windscreen replaced quick due to a chip turning to a crack overnight and these guys managed THE NEXT DAY! Charlie at the Basildon branch was brilliant, polite and friendly and gave great tips for aftercare! Honestly would use these again. So reasonably priced compared to other quotes I had!

Brandon did a fabulous job at replacing the windscreen.

Great on price and great customer service. Charlie was kind and considerate on a torrential rainy day and made sure I was comfortable while I waited.

The team were willing to look at a repair other companies wouldn’t.

Charlie was very professional and explained what was going on. And when they was a issue he stayed behind to rectify the problem.

After having my window smashed and another company quoting a ridiculous amount to replace it I found chips ahoy who quoted me literally 5 times cheaper. They were really helpful and friendly and the work was carried out by Charlie. He did it quickly and to a high standard and made sure to tell me some aftercare tips. I couldn't be happier with the work carried out.
