Update: Thank you for your response Childresalon. I had already spoke to you on couple of occasions but you're not willing to sort it out. I received correct size of Frugi's snowsuit however hood is so small (compare to last year's snowsuit it's exactly same). So snowsuit size 2-3 years got hood of 1-2 years which means I cannot use it. Hood is detachable so it seems like wrong hood must been put on.
I spoke to Frugi and they didn't change sizing so hood shouldn't be that small.
UPDATE: Finally someone got to me and they sent me refund so I could purchase size up snowsuit just to find out hood is exactly same size. Such a disappointment!!!!! Frugi got amazing snowsuit and am keeping it but hood is extremely disappointing and won't be able to use it.
THANK YOU CHILDREN SALON FOR TRYING TO SORT IT OUT FOR ME!
WILL BE SENDING ANOTHER SNOWSUIT BACK AS NOT NEEDED.
Changing my review from 1 to 4 stars.

Excellent service and fantastic communication
I cannot speak highly enough of Childrensalon. Their website is brilliant, and has a wide range of quality things. When I made an order, the communication was clear and timely. My order was shipped promptly. Sadly, the delivery company (this was entirely the delivery company’s fault, not Childrensalon) left my package outside the main door on a busy road, and was stolen. I informed Childrensalon, and immediately provided me with guidance and help, eventually giving me store credit to purchase something else. The new order was shipped the next day.
The Childrensalon team members I spoke on the phone with, were very kind and supportive, and immediately sprang to action. It’s very refreshing to see a company actually caring so much for their customers. I will certainly be buying from them again! Well done to everyone on the Childrensalon team!

I ordered a youth size 12 suit for my son to go to a wedding in. when the suit arrived, the pattern on the left side of the suit didn't line up with the pattern on the right side of the suit. when I contacted them and expressed my displeasure, they immediately shipped me a replacement and paid for the return of the original garment. garment. amazing customer service and the final product we got was amazing especially given the price.

I used to buy clothes from here and…
I used to buy clothes from here and never had a problem. Lastly I ordered a pair of Geox boots for my daughter. They are supposed to be breathable and real leather but they smell horrible. And I am aware that the real Geox shoes don’t smell. Now I am not even sure anymore that what they sell is original. Disappointing!

Been a customer for a number of years they have excellent customer service both in their outlet store and regular store! I shop almost every season and they have a very smooth return system and 2 day delivery! Items comes beautifully packaged too!

Childrensalon delivers parcels all over the world. Our couriers make a promise to Childrensalon for both days of delivery and the safe arrival of parcels to our customers.
We have looked into the delivery status together with the team at DPD with exceptional care.
We take anything like this at Childrensalon extremely seriously.
In accordance with the delivery instructions, you provided for the DPD driver. DPD has confirmed this delivery arrived with both GPS (global positioning system) and a photograph of our parcel and another retailer's parcel being delivered at the same time and date, as per the proof of delivery (POD).
Therefore the investigation has been closed by DPD.

Absolutely fantastic customer service
Absolutely fantastic customer service. I ordered an item in the sale unaware that the option to leave in a safe place isn’t offered when delivery details are shared. As a result, my parcel was repeatedly undelivered resulting in ChildrensSalon contacting me to ensure I still wanted the item then updating the delivery details to allow for my safe place. Unfortunately, the delivery driver overlooked this detail so I had to contact them again mid evening in response to which I received an immediate reply and the offer of a drop off at my local Co-op, all which ChildrensSalon arranged on my behalf. Every communication was prompt, helpful abs personalised; I genuinely cannot sing their praises enough!!

What a lovely company
What a lovely company. Bought some sandals for my little one, they were the wrong size and so I phoned them and they were very helpful at getting some new sizes sent out. Everything arrived very quickly and the returns process for the wrong sizes was super easy (pre-paid label was included in the box and the box itself had sticky tape ready to seal back up).

Fantastic service, affordable designer clothes
Found children salon when searching for boys clothing on google and was very pleased. I ordered late in the evening, and they sent dispatch notice same day and then clothes ordered arrived the next day via DPD.
Parcel was beautifully packaged and the clothing is perfect for my sons prom. Affordable designer clothes.

Exceptional service
I have placed loads of orders from children’s salon and each time I am amazed at the service. Delivery is super quick and the product selection is amazing. I recently had to do a return for the first time due to a brand’s shoe sizing and the whole returns process was really easy and fast. I would highly recommend - I think it’s the best online shop for kids!
