Great product. Delivery took longer than promised and I had to contact the company rather than them letting me know that it would take weeks rather than days to deliver it. However, there was an excellent response to my complaint and the product was worth waiting for.

Helpful when calling, making sure that you have the right accessories you need. Delivery as stated

From start to finish - and beyond - the service I received was excellent. Customer service were at pains to understand what I wanted and did not try to tell me what I 'should' have; installation was faultless and when, several months later a problem arose, it was quickly resolved.

Christian was extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Absolutely top class.
I did feel that he was not well supported by his office staff as they took an extraordinary length of time to process a part refund. (Hence the lost star). All got sorted in the end though.
The product we bought - Bellfires stove - is beautiful and the installers - Ignite - were excellent too.
Would recommend.

Ordered in midst of first lockdown (April 2020) kept me up to date with progress which was tricky for the company always felt we were kept up with situation. Product arrrived Garden bbq and heater, worked perfectly and provided extra gifts due to delay excellent

This has been one of the best things I have bought in a long time (I have the outdoor log burner) - amaing quaity, lights straight away every time, only smokes for a bit when you light it. Lock down saviour

We had excellent service from Chesneys after ordering a Garden Gourmet and their white glove delivery was superb. The Garden Gourmet itself is great fun and works beautifully- it throws out an incredible amount of heat and is great for barbecues and cooking. We love it. This was a great purchase and cheered us up considerably during the lockdowns.

I needed advice and guidance in respect of my electric stove. I received prompt, professional and helpful service by phone which enabled me to order the correct replacement parts and restore the stove to full working order.

I was disappointed that I needed to replace firebricks within two years.
Also the door handle needed to be stripped down and reassembled due to it becoming too stiff.
The stove is also going to need repainting after three winter's usage.

Very happy with Chesneys. Professional and very helpful advice and support with selecting the fireplace and ancillaries, payment options/paperwork, and arrangement of transport.

There was a long delay in the delivery of our item due to Covid lockdown But Chesney's were very good at keeping us informed and compensating us for the delay by way of discount.

Great outdoor stove that really gives out the heat. The stove works really well and is very adjustable. There is virtually no smoke and it's very well made. I know it's expensive but you get what you pay for.
