The item ordered was a Hyundai 8 ton log splitter. The good people at Cheapmowers sent an email saying that they’d run out of stock and wouldn’t be able to supply until about 2 weeks after order date. Surprisingly they offered me a refund or I could hang on until 6th of April. I emailed them on the 7th of April to see when delivery would occur but before I had an answer, the item was delivered! Astonishingly quick so well done on that.
As for the item, it is well build and very capable splitting with ease some very tough knotty hornbeam logs.
The item was competitively priced and so far is as good as some machines costing £1-200 more.
In summary, excellent customer service and machine. I would most definitely use Cheapmowers again in the future.

After doing my due diligence I settled in my mind for a Kress robot. I wanted a robot to take the strain from my back as I was forever bending over and emptying bag after bag of grass clippings. I met with James who both technically and on a human level is a very impressive young man. After visiting me we both agreed on the robot which would best suit my circumstances.

He came as agreed and installed the robot and mapped it out. He then took me through the app and after I told him I was an idiot in respect of tech, it’s either an easy app to use or he explained it very well as I’ve been super impressed by its application & ease of use.

After 5 days of use I went out with my hand mower to edge the lawn & whilst at it, thought I’d get the lawn down to it’s Summer height of cut so did the whole lawns.

What usually took 4 hours to hand cut took 46 minutes. 11-15 bags of grass clippings became 1. What was a marathon has become a sprint.

If you have the funds, buy one, get James to diligently map it for you. You’ll never regret it.

I recently bought a mower from Cheapmowers, they where indeed the cheapest and threw in a pair of ear protectors.
I had a problem starting the mower, James suggested, via email, that I drained the fuel and put in new fuel.
With the new fuel the mower started on the second pull. It was my fault for using fuel that had been sitting in my garage since last year.
James took the trouble to phone me to make sure all was well.

Good price, great delivery for my new EGO self propelled lawnmower. I was cutting the grass within an hour or so of delivery. Really pleased!

Needed to replace an old pull start mower, looked at several websites and Cheapmowers had a Webb ES in stock at a discounted price. Ordered on line and it was confirmed immediately that delivery would be the next day. Mower arrived as stated, cannot fault the purchase and commend the company on its performance. Robert.

I bought a Green Works long reach cordless hedge trimmer from Cheapmowers 2 years ago. It worked very well until the charge ran out half way along a hedge and wouldn’t recharge. I reached out to Cheapmowers and Angela was very helpful. She arranged for a replacement charger to be sent, which arrived next day. The battery still didn’t charge so she arranged for a replacement which again arrived next day. All sorted now and back to finish the hedge. Thanks Angela

I think you could probably trust your life with them. The price was excellent and delivery almost instant. There was a problem with the delivery of a part that had apparently not been restocked in the UK but the first person I dealt with was both amiable and helpful and - when I emailed to let them know it still hadn't arrived, James (I believe) got straight onto it and called me to let me know what was going on. I have no doubt that - if I had a problem - I could call and get it solved immediately

Although the first mower supplied developed a fault what was memorable was the way James dealt with my problem quickly recommending an alternative machine and organising collection and delivery of replacement. Well done guys!

I contacted James today to ask what I should be charged for a KR174E set up and he gave me an honest approximation from a view of Google maps as I am some 5 hours from his depot.

The price he supplied for a local customer some 10-20 miles from his depot was 60% of the price I have had from my local supplier in Scotland,
