Despite affirming that their promotion is real, Chartlex uses artificial streaming. This particular track was removed from spotify by the distributor due to Chartlex's services. Avoid them like the plague.

Chartlex delivered on their promise and the service improved my song’s reach with a decent increase in streams and listeners. However, there were a few bumps along the way, such as communication issues and a delayed start, which slightly overshadowed the overall experience. While there was success, the concerns raised about stream authenticity and removal by Spotify are worth noting. Overall, it's a decent service if you’re aware of its nuances.

Avoid this service at all costs. This is a scam. They offered me a very low price because of Black Friday, I paid, and of course, everyone disappeared. Only after persistently contacting them and even reaching out to their Telegram did someone finally respond—a particularly rude person who said the service would start in three days. Naturally, nothing happened. When I asked how things work and how the service is provided, he responded by saying that since I’m paying so little, he doesn’t really owe me any explanations and would rather just refund my money than deal with my questions. I explained that my goal was to test the service, but he rudely dismissed me. In short, after nearly two years of them chasing me to sign up, I got treatment that feels like pure fraud. Stay away from them. Don’t be tempted by false promises."

AVOID! This is a SCAM
They use bots and fake that they have put you into the Spotify editorial playlist that you choose. Your track will come up on your artists app as having been played on this app but it is a fake playlist they have likely created/cloned to fool you. Play counts will spike and then disappear, when I complained they took their time getting back to me then they said that they having “problems” with their editorial package and offered the algorithmic package. Asked for a refund and didny hear from them again despite repeated contact. AVOID! This is a SCAM

Streams aren't real! At least Spotify doesn't think so, the kicked my release off because of they called the streams "artificial".

I received what I ordered !! I was a little suspicious in the beginning but the number of monthly listeners jumped in a few weeks!!

The service performed better than I expected and delivered what was promised in the package. Imagine that these days! Previously when an issue arouse, a prompt reply was given to my inquiry and the problem remedied to my benefit. As an indie singer-song writer it is gratifying to see my music being enjoyed worldwide and the continuing growth of my catalog.

I ordered 10 000 Spotify Algorithmic Streams. I only got 2500. I contacted Chartlex, but didn't get an answer!

Wait two weeks and still the campaign hasn't started.

They do exactly what they say they will do. I assume most of the spins are from Europe as this service seems to be based in Riga.

They have elevated 4 of my songs now beyond what they offer to do.

Promised many streams etc , but have yet to see any real movement since campaign

I reveived the number of streams I expected from Chartlex overall, but the specific song I wanted to promote did not receive streams until a full 2 weeks after purchasing the Spotify Algorhythmic package, which was disappointing. I will likely use Chartlex again, but will make sure to contact them after the package to verify when the promotion service will be active.

DO NOT USE… SCAM. I bought the algorithmic package for $120. When I reached out wondering why the campaign didn’t start they completely stopped responding. Campaign never started this is a complete scam do not fall for it, reporting this website. It says the campaign starts after 48-72 hours, it has been over two weeks have not heard from them whatsoever and did not get a single stream.
