We would like to say a huge thank you to Kirstie for all her help and support. She has been a true professional throughout — always available, quick to respond and willing to find a solution to any problem.
When we had an issue with the hot water, Kirstie immediately arranged for Taj to come and help us and continued to check that everything was okay. She even offered for us to come to her home and use their hot water if necessary.

Thank you to the team at Charters Chandlers Ford who helped make our house sale process as smooth as possible.
We were initially drawn to Charters because it is a popular estate agents in Eastleigh, and we had a good experience buying our house with them 5 years ago. We were happy with our choice to use Charters again, this time to sell our home, and were grateful that all the teams we spoke to were approachable, polite and professional.
As Charters is a larger estate agents, we liaised with several different teams throughout the sale process. All teams were efficient and responsive, which was appreciated. The sales team were proactive and great at updating us after viewings.
The sales progression team were also fantastic at keeping our sale on track and worked hard to liaise with all parties involved.
We would recommend Charters and would be happy to use them again in the future if needed.

I had enquired about a property, they said I was below the affordability. I shared my opinion if the landlord would will to lower the price, the staff said its been already reduced it would not be reduced below this and offered that she could call if anything that fits us. I politely said thats fine I will be looking myself you don't need to call me for this. And she straight away said thank you with a calm voice and hanged up. Well I believe she got frustrated with what I said and didn't even say bye or wait for me to say bye. This was not polite at all. So my rating is to the this particular staff not to the agent in general.

Found selling my property with Charters Estate Agents to be very quick & easy. Within weeks of the property being on the market it was sold. They were very helpful straight from the start & helped to keep the whole process moving all the way through the sale. I would recommend them & found them to be very professional. Very efficient at the start of marketing and kept us informed all the way. A special mention to the sales progression department who acted as advisor and go between. Where do I begin !! The service at Charters has been outstanding from start to finish.
Cameron who initially came to view and value our property was incredibly professional, friendly and informative. In fact it was because of this initial service with him we chose Charters .
Jorgia, Lydia and Kanika were exceptional and just couldn't fault their dedication and tireless work to generate interest, even arranging viewings before the professional photographs were available was incredible !
Communication throughout was excellent and the feedback from viewings were prompt and honest which we so appreciated. Whilst being on the market for only 3 weeks we had a buyer which was amazing !!
