My wife and I sold our old house and bought our new house recently with Charters. We were so pleased with the service we received from our sales progressor, Lisa Holden. She provided excellent communication throughout the process and despite several bumps in the road (through no fault of theirs) Lisa showed the kind of care that went above and beyond. She genuinely cared about our situation and was always a calming presence when we thought things weren't going well. I would thoroughly recommend Charters and Lisa in particular.

Georgia was brilliant from start to finish. She was fantastic at getting the property on the market quickly and was always responsive whenever I had questions. I felt fully involved throughout the process and kept informed every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Absolutely wonderful service from Saffron and the team. They have been so kind, helpful and supportive throughout the process, and we really appreciate everything they have done for us so far. Charters made the whole process easy. The staff were very friendly and responsive, and they showed me around the property at a time that suited my schedule. Communication was great throughout!

The process was straightforward in getting my property up for sale. Photos taken and brochure put together, sent to me by Sophia to approve/make changes.

Despite the move getting stressful at times Saty and the rest of the team ensured a smooth process for us which we appreciate very much!
