Disappointed at their returns policy
Disappointed at their returns policy. My wallpaper came within a few days of ordering. Special printing unlikely in the timescale.My order of four rolls was an overestimation by my decorator. I have one unopened roll at £109 + VAT +£23 for delivery. No possibility of picking it up even though I live only one hour from Hexham very expensive to have one roll unused. And a bit of a rip off for the delivery. Wallpaper is lovely but the hardnosed attitude of the Company very unattractive.

Hi Lyn we are very sorry that you are disappointed with our service. We have changed the returns policy and you can now return wallpaper within 8 weeks of purchase, we just need your order number. We do say on the website that the wallpaper is printed to order for you and your project. We don't hold stock but sometimes we might have a spare roll which we would normally use for sampling. We send you that roll and then order more for us so you can get your order quicker. We send all the wallpaper via courier and not by Royal Mail so this is more expensive but we have systems which can track your order better than using Royal Mail. We try to be as sustainable as possible and this is why we don't have stock and only order what we sell, it is the same with the fabrics. Thank you Charlotte Gaisford
