I have used Chancellors in Wokingham to sell my Father retirement flat. Reece Dawson my point of contact has been absolutely fantastic, nothing has ever been to much trouble for him. Although the market on these type of properties has been slow Reece never gave up and contacted me every Tuesday.

We can speak on phone whenever we want to know something, Judith and Reece keep us updated on how sale is going and are understanding of our circumstances.
From the start of the selling process everything was explained clearly and we have been helped with explanations of filling in forms etc we feel that everything in the future with sale and purchase will continue in the same way.

Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. From the first phone call to viewing the property. Both Madison and Amelia were great

During our visit, Madison is very polite and patient to show us around. We have no rush at all during our visit. She can also answer all our questions.

We have been dealing with the agency from the day with gave offer for our current property. Their representatives were all transparent in the communications and the required paperwork was completed in a timely manner. Later during the regular inspections and any maintenance requests from us they were helpful and next to us. Recently we had to renew our contract and we worked with Abbi in this process. Abbi managed to negotiate our preferences with the landlord in a fair way for all the parties. We appreciated her professionalism and her clarity in the communications in every stage.

Efficient and helpful

Sold my mums property through Chancellors, as she went into care home. Mobile app was great at providing updates when viewings were occurring and almost instant feedback once viewings had taken place, together with feedback emails. Received regular weekly updates of progress or to just to check in with me, keeping to their commitment. Did get a bit frustrated with head office contradicting sales team advice, who eventually had to tell to back off, hence reduction to 4 stars. Sales team were prompt in getting back to queries or phone calls, and usually easy to get hold of. Once sale made, process handed to Jenny (Senior Sales Progression Executive) who acted as intermediary between solicitors and likewise kept me appraised with regular updates, both by phone and by email. Have now exchanged with one week to go till completion. Would defintly use Chancellors again!
