But Ifeoluwa has helped me significantly with my recent repairs correspondence, I struggle with memory issues but I get gently reminded if I forget to respond to an email or call, she has been patient and happy to help, always being professional, polite and understanding

In the process of purchasing a property. All staff I have been in contact with have been helpful, specially Jay and Ella.

The estate agent we used was called Ella from the Witney branch. Ella is very professional but has a caring attitude to the client and puts you at ease when having to complete paperwork especially seeing as I was a first time buyer, thank you so much.

Julietta is really knowledgeable and her warm and friendly personality makes it more likely that we would approach Chancellors for our continued house search. You can tell that she takes the time to learn the information about the property which means we can have answers on our initial viewing instead of having to keep waiting on responses from the vendor which is far more efficient than some agents.

She greeted us with a smile and struck the perfect balance between giving us all the information we needed (but never too much) and answering questions knowledgeably while at the same time giving us the personal space we needed to absorb and explore so that we never felt pressured. I particularly like Chancellors because they are very quick to respond to my calls, and indeed normally come up with new or helpful information. This has not been the case with other estate agents, so it's a refreshing experience for me!

A mixed transaction with Witney Chancellors. They have provided and delivered a good service however I did struggle sometimes to get call backs and updates.
In a desperate attempt to get over the line before the stamp duty changes it was far too close to the bone for us but managed it just.

We were first time buyers and had no chain so I feel like it shouldn’t have taken 4 months to get over the line.

I do think Ella is a real shining star and always returned calls, emails and worked with us well. Great rapport with her and she stepped in 3-4 weeks before we moved and left me wondering where she’s been for the entire transaction. I do think if she was looking after us from the get go we would’ve been in a lot sooner. Reliable, honest and friendly.
I did trust that Ella would contact me back and I hope she gets the plaudits.

The rest of the team weren’t necessarily unhelpful but I did feel like Ella just took it on proactively and got us where we needed to go!
