Cameron was very professional and helpful when showing my partner a property on Friday. He has a warm and welcoming approach which put us both at ease. He had good knowledge of the local area and pointed out the plus sides of the property whilst being honest and realistic.

Cameron was great, very professional.

I also dealt with Cameron and found exactly the opposite: totally unprofessional, knew nothing about the property or so he said initially, then went on to say that the Vendor knew nothing about the format of the sale ( had not been given details and was confused), too lazy to pull up property details, said his boss would not allow him out of the office until after 2pm to show a property/meet a potential buyer, lost it with me when I questioned his high jinks saying that “ it’s a *****great deal and so on…. Total time waster, and that is just the big picture.
I came away thinking that he was either totally inept, or incredibly lazy or both. Yet he then claimed to be being guided by his boss?
Now I am on to No 2, Samuel, who almost a week later just won’t answer a simple question: is the property still for sale or is it not? He also claimed he left me voice mails - he did not. I missed calls from him after I chased up with him but no voicemails. And since he did not get a response to the email he sent ( claiming he left me a voicemail and nothing else- no info) a day later than he promised to call me, he proceeded to send the same email again with still No Information contained - just “I left you a voicemail” which again, he did not. This guy is supposed to have moved to the Windsor office from Slough, know what he is doing and tells me that he is my contact ongoing. In his dreams!

As for this second agents email to me, that explains a lot. Again, neither he nor his Colleague are professional, nor do they come over as being even educated. The long email I got over the week end was poorly written to the extent that it made no sense. Of course, it contained no information regarding the property or where the infamous Cameron went to…
Both of these agents are totally unreliable and they leave a bad taste in your mouth as if they are, for some unbelievable reason, hiding something. I have never dealt with a Real Estate office like it! Shady beyond belief.

The final straw for me was going to their website to “Meet the Team”, to see no Team listed. The two gentlemen showing there are Regional Directors. I went to Chat, to find it Live with an agent, human, online. I asked the name of the GM or MD at Bracknell HQ and I was told that this information was not available to them. Another “secret”?? And no, it was not an auto response electronic system. He/she said that they were just a Chat Line. I asked them where they were based, and what could they possibly chat about, on behalf of Chancellors, if they could not even give me the name of the Managing Director at HQ of Chancellors U.K.? No answer to location but they suddenly morphed into Global support but with no access to information! ..I gave up. I had lost both patience and interest. I have never interacted with a support line, representing a Company, that could not give me a name ie did not have access to a Company database, did not want to tell me where they were based and only clarified their job description by saying that they Chat. I did never find out about what and I was almost afraid to ask.I was starting to giggle at that point. It was all too ridiculous.

Almost Two weeks on from first contacting Chancellors, I still don’t know if or how the property is for sale. I also did not like the constant lies of various sorts and just could not see this as an ethical agency to deal with.
If it was meant to be, then it would not be hard. Pulling teeth!

Me and my family viewed a property in Windsor with Cameron on 26 August 2022. We are very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and demeanor. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a property. It is very rare to find his youth and qualities all in one. I have every belief he will positively grow and that he is a credit to his company.

Cameron was great and took his time to show us round the property and the grounds - didn't rush us and made sure we were completely happy before he left. Phone call with further details was within 15 minutes! Amazing!

I arranged to see a property via Cameron who promptly arranged a viewing. Very polite, courteous and professional

Cameron was amazing in showing me around all the brand new apartments. ALSO excellent job on informing me about the property so I could have a clear picture of what the landlord is looking for. Really pleased and looking forward to putting an offer forward ASAP!!

Cameron warmly and professionally greeted us. He was dressed really smart which we commented on! He was pleasant and answered our questions. A professional and warm mannered individual.

Definitely 5 stars! George was a breath of fresh air when I first met him for a viewing at a property I was interested in. He was very accommodating and fitted a viewing in at short notice. George was also very knowledgable about the property and upfront about the process if I wished to proceed. Very professional but also charming and genuine. Kept my fully informed throughout the sales process. Thank you George for all your help.

I thought it great that I was kept up-to-date with what was coming onto the market without me having to chase up for new properties.

Eddie was really helpful and pro-active in his approach for giving me information on a development in Slough/Windsor.

Even though what I was looking for is not available at the moment he was very confident to get in touch with me again if anything does turn up (Which I hope he does :))

Eddy responded in a timely fashion to my email re a viewing . He was extremely helpful and honest regarding the property. He then offered to check my needs against any potential properties which may meet my requirements and emailed them through to me promptly.
Eddy is friendly and he communicates very well. The only reason he hasn’t got 5 stars is because I believe there is always room for improvement.

Edward was really friendly and helpful. I’m a first time buyer at the very beginning of this

The agent was extremely quick to respond to my enquiry and provided professional advice.

Christopher has been a pleasure to work with. I phoned him to organise a viewing of one property, and he was not only able to book this in efficiently but he also suggested a similar property we could also view.

Communication has been great, he provided conformation emails quickly so I knew where I was going.

On the day of the booking he arrived in advance of us and was able to provide us directions clearly. Once we were in the property Christopher answered all our questions, demonstrating his knowledge of the properties in question and then was happy to listen to my more general criteria I was looking for and pledge to aid my search on this basis

Christopher was very helpful, he responded always quickly and made sure I was informed. Very easy to deal with and provided a very friendly approach to a stressful process.
