Alice was so lovely. She made sure that we looked at everything we wanted / needed to, to view the properties in full. Answered all questions we had about the houses and even remembered some of them from different viewings on different days.
We brought our baby with us and she even spoke / interacted with him.
She also called to confirm the appointments day of viewings which was nice to see.

We had a visit from Mike at Chancellors to value our property with a view to putting it up for sale. Chancellors was the 4th of 4 different estate agents we had round and although we have yet to make a decision as a family, we were really impressed with how Mike conducted himself. He was really friendly whilst remaining professional and he took us through the whole process step by step. It was a pleasure talking to him and would not hesitate to reccomend him and Chancellors.

Tom was waiting for us when we arrived, he was polite and friendly. He was patient and asked us a range of questions to help him gauge information to tell us and areas to show us. He was thorough in showing us all aspects of the house and made the extra effort to try and show us the garden in the dark using his phone torch. We felt like we had as much time as we wanted during the viewing and were not rushed. When leaving Tom checked again if we had any questions and asked when a good time would be to check in. We felt the viewing experience was tailored to our needs and felt at ease when being shown around.

Bradley was very friendly and understood my requirements. He was understanding and I felt confident in his abilities to help us find a place to stay, taking our preferences into consideration.

We have had a very positive experience viewing three properties today. Our estate agent was attentive, answered questions well and allowed us the time and space to get our own feel for the property whilst contributing to our ideas and thoughts. As first time buyers, she acknowledged that it’s a big step and didn’t apply any pressure but instead gave us positive prompts as to why the property is suitable.
