Worst experience ever had with estate agents. I booked a viewing for which I had to wait a week. I was told the sales agent will contact me with the full address to attend. no contact for a week I had to chase them up on the day to be told after several calls to them that the agent had cancelled the viewing because apparently could not reach me. had no missed call as they claimed. but even if they called they could leave a voicemail or email me as they have all my details nothing. after complaining about it they said the agent will call me back to the arrange another date no call or other contact was made whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting service. Unprofessional and irresponsible will not be using them ever again! do not waste your time find a proper estate agent.
