Since 2012 Andrew Jourdain and his team at the Richmond office have been excellent at helping us with our rental property, always giving us friendly and very professional advice as well as sourcing excellent trouble free tenants. We highly recommend him.

He has an excellent grasp of both the local and national market which has helped me secure the right tenants at a sensible rate. Very professional and approachable he has a can do approach to any problems. This takes away the hassle that I could face as a landlord. Booked a viewing for a property in Kew. Was not told viewing was an open house, viewing was chaotic, and images were edited to make property appear clean and in good condition, when it was run-down and damp. When asked basic questions about the property agent responded to the following questions with following answers;

I work from home, what internet provider does the flat get? "A good one i think".

Do you know who lives in neighbouring flats, whether its families or couples? "They're all occupied"

Will actively avoid using Chancellors from now on.
