The staff I spoke to was very helpful and understanding.

Just rented my flat via Andrew and the team at Chancellors Richmond - a seamless process and they kept me informed at all stages, all in super quick time. Brilliant, more than happy to recommend.

Sam helped resolve a last minute issue just before the new tenancy started. Without his help there would have been a major disruption to the checking in process and potential claim from the new tenant.

Great experience with Sam being really helpful throughout the process

I do not recommend as a tenant. If something breaks as important as heating and hot water, no action are taken unless told so by the landlord which can take weeks. We stayed a week without hot water or heating which technically should be provided and fixed by law. On top of that, I find the communication very offensive, landlord biased most of the times, and sometimes over accusive to the tenant who's asking for basic needs like hot water or water leak repair.

A very professional estate agent, particularly with regards to the rental side. They respond to queries in an efficient and proactive manner, always ready to go that extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied.
