She has a real rapport with prospective purchasers and from my side as a vendor the same enthusiasm came across. Her professionalism in every aspect was a joy to see. Easy to contact, excellent communication

Portia came to our house for a free market appraisal. My wife and I found her pleasingly courteous and extremely helpful regarding her valuation and explaining carefully the current ins and outs of the local housing market.

For a first time renter I was made to feel valued and helped through every stage of the process. The online process through The Lettings Hub however could have been better. There seemed to be a substantial hold up in the process while waiting for this online platform to catch up with the information submitted.

Shannon was great! Very honest with us from the get go, listened to what we are looking for and above all else very knowledgeable about the property and others she has in the area.

I recently went to view a house with Chancellors estate agents and they were very professional but also extremely friendly. Shannon specifically was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and her local recommendations about the local area were excellent too. Although we didn't proceed with the property I would recommend Chancellors.
