Chancellors - Lightwater Recensioni 

We have had a very positive experience with the Estate Agent (Chancellors in Lightwater) in the marketing of our property. From the very first time that we walked into their Lightwater office we felt comfortable that we had chosen the right Estate Agent to sell our property. We were very impressed by the quickness of the whole process of getting the Estate Agent round to look at our property, the marketing photos taken and then onto the Property Market. Once actually on the market the viewings came very quickly and then an offer that we accepted. The communications and advice that we received from Chancellors was also very good throughout the process, this is also assisted by their 'My Chancellors' online system which you can also check for updates and feedback received from the viewings of the potential buyers. The overall experience has been really good and we have been very impressed by the professionalism shown by the staff at Chancellors.

Recently viewed an apartment with Chancellors of Lightwater. Everything went very smoothly from the viewing to having the offer accepted. The viewing was a very relaxed but professional, the follow on team seem to have a very good system for the purchase.

Every member of the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful ! Would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends .

Very professional attitude, had all information re our viewing that was needed.

We enquired a property we were very interested in, so made contact with the Lightwater office and were told they were only carrying out an open day on the Thursday of that week and that we were not able to view on Saturday (my wife and I work Mon to Friday 9-5). I was advised that they would be in contact should the house still be available, however, we didn’t hear anything back and we had to chase them to ask if the property was still available and if we could view it. They came back and said yes the house is still for sale and no we can’t look at it on Saturday because they have an open day on another property - surely they have additional agents who can show potential buyers around more than one property, especially over a weekend when most people are available?

This is very frustrating and if I were the client selling my house through this agent, I would be very unhappy with this type of service and “selling” of my property.

On the back of this appalling service, we have lost interest on the house we were interested in and will not be making any further enquiries through Chancellors.
