We were told the house was worth £600k
We were persistently badgered - every week to reduce the house - I mean every week !
We had offers and they fell through for various reasons - the badgering continued - finally we sold for £90k less . They should not have over valued the house to get the business.
They have a reputation for doing this, infact they are doing it right now - to a friend . They don’t care about your circumstances , so be warned !
Also you will get an email after every viewing telling you the viewer doesn’t want to proceed and think the house is worth £20/£30k less than asking price .

The initial period was fragmented when I dealt with a different agents each time my house was shown, this meant I had some agents enter the house who didn't understand the alarm so triggering activation.
I was then introduced to Kasham who became my go to contact and took time to get to know the house and me, so a vast improvement.

I found Kashan extremely polite and helpful from the very first time I spoke to him. He allowed us to take our time viewing the house and was able to answer all our questions. We found him to be very professional.

Michelle has been very supportive and it is very evident she is being conscientious and determined to reassure and help us during this stressful process. Michelle always phones back and provides continuity .
