Hollie and Georgina have been amazing. Very trust worthy and honest. Very friendly and have been amazing at keeping to the current government guide lines. Highly recommend!

The staffs were friendly when showing around the properties.
Sometimes not responsive to phone calls but will come back to me when they are available. I also got follow up phone call after purchase of the property.

Good processes. Open and honest feedback to my questions. Have a sense of urgency from both seller and buyer aspects. Appear proactive and have a defined set staff in different roles along the marketing, selling and completion pathway who have all interacted proactively as well as reactively.
Not over the line yet but am >50% confident we will do and at a price acceptable to all sides.

We found the staff at Chancellors, Lightwater, friendly, professional and courteous.
From the off they saw our house as we see it, our home.
They all came round individually to have a look at our property so they knew what they were selling and asked questions on what we have done to it so they could explain this to potential buyers.
We were always kept informed of up and coming viewings and guided on what we needed to do next to sell our house.
The only thing we did not like was the feedback generated through their automated mobile viewings app as we thought this did not truly reflect what the potential buyers had said about our home.

We had been looking for our perfect home and had been to view a few with Sarah from Chancellors (Lightwater). Sarah was incredibly accommodating to our needs and listened to the things that were important to us and was patient and thoughtful whilst we looked around several properties. She was very flexible and helpful and we have really appreciated her support, particularly with viewing times and her commitment to helping us. Sarah showed us a home that we absolutely loved, and we are in the process of purchasing now. Sarah has been very quick to respond to emails and help us over the phone too. The team at Chancellors have made the stressful process of buying a property, incredibly easy and straightforward. We are very grateful to Sarah and the team, many thanks!

Georgie's flexibility meant she went above and beyond to help us find a property. She was extremely kind and helpful, which is just what you need when finding a property, not least in a global pandemic. Credit to Georgie's work, we highly recommend.

Georgina proved to be a real asset during the stressful period associated with the purchase of our house. She was always positive and willing to answer any questions we had of which we had many as the purchase went through during the pandemic.
It took us many months to find the right property for our downsize move and during this period we must have met every representative from most of the agents in a large area and I have to say there were only 3 agents who impressed me with their proactiveness and salesmanship and Georgina was definitely one of them.
She followed up and communicated well and we couldn't have asked for more.

Found the team helpful, always available and very honest with their feedback when selling our home. Also found the team equally helpful when I was viewing properties. Always got a returned phone call the same day. All formal matters confirmed in writing on the same day. Really just can't recommend the team enough. Estate agents get a bad rap, but I found the whole team in Lightwater to be reactive, quick and extremely professional. I would def' use them again and would also recommend them. Particularly impressed by Holly in the Sale and her regular feedback and Sarah Turner in her assistance finding the perfect home for me.

All staff at Chancellors have been professional, helpful and polite. They gave good advise, with regards pricing and marketing of our home. Working hard during the difficult Covid times to make the viewings & sale of our house as easy as possible.

The team contacted me in mid July asking if I had thought about selling as I had been on their books before. The listing went live early August and I had a buyer offering within ten days. The legal elements took a while probably because of COVID and the related delays but we have now just exchanged for completion in early Dec.

The Chancellors - Lightwater Sales Team provided an excellent service in arranging viewings of our property and diligently followed up each viewing with honest feedback from each potential purchaser. This feedback determined the final agreed selling price. The weekly update of expressions of interest generated on various websites and direct enquiries with Chancellors also provided a useful indication of the number of parties showing an interest in purchasing our property. The network of Chancellors Offices in the south enabled viewings to be arranged with parties outside the immediate area.

From viewings to getting my offer accepted, Matt had been excellent with communication and kept me updated regularly and in a professional manner. Keep up the good work!

We initially approached Chancellors as they had a couple of properties on the books that we wanted to view. Straight away, Georgie could sense what we were looking for and recommended a particular property that initially we were sceptical of but as it turns out - it’s the one we now live in, she’d got it bang on and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
