Good communication, efficient and professional

Andrews was great, very prompt at replying and getting things done for us as soon as he could

Throughout the marketing of our property, I have felt that the team at Chancellors in Kington have done their best to identify potential buyers and have worked hard to turn interest into a definite purchase. Andrew and Emily always gave us personal attention and Emily in particular went the extra mile to help to secure a good deal for us.

We have been looking at a bungalow in Knighton and also a house in that town. This has involved three viewings during the pandemic, for which Emily had to arrange with the owners to provide vacant properties. She was always punctual, knowledgeable about the premises, didn't pressure us and was prompt in making arrangements for us.
After much consideration, we decided today not to proceed but to buy a property in Llandrindod from another agent, partly for family reasons and partly for house size.
We thank Emily for her help and efforts and, having bought and sold many houses, can state that she is a credit to her profession.
