We had a really great experience purchasing our property through Chancellors in Kidlington. The level of communication and professionalism received from Senior Sales Manager Anthony McCabe was exceptional. Buying a first home is a daunting experience and after dealing with many agents and viewing over 20 properties, we found the perfect home.
The service we received was smooth, stress free and efficient. A special thanks to Emma Whittaker too, who carried out the viewings. Both are an absolute credit to this company.
Hope to deal with Anthony and his team again in the future.

She not only knows everything about the property she is showing you around, but also key information in the village and surrounding areas. We’ve rented our place through Chancellors for a couple of years, the service has always been fine, but in the last few weeks our property manager Jake Tippett has been particularly good - getting our broken boiler and blocked drain sorted straight away.

Raychel has been fantastic to work with, she made us feel like we were a priority despite, I am sure, having lot's of people seeking properties. She is professional and personable and great to deal with. We have two dogs and were finding it hard to find properties that would accept us but she would check in regularly and we always felt she was making a real effort to help us, presenting any property she could that would accept dogs which we really appreciated.
