The sell took time as the property had challenges as it was probate property. The Manager Oliver Lewis and his team were excellent and were always giving us an update. Oliver took personal care to ensure that his team spoke to the lawyers from time to time to ensure the sell was on track. Extremely happy with the service and personal care. Rebecca and the team were excellent in qualifying and recommending the successful buyers, and oversaw a challenging sales process in a professional manner.
Rebecca always communicated updates without prompt, and handled a demanding seller with great patience!

They leased us a property without telling us that it didn't have broadband or telephone connectivity. When we complained, they washed their hands of us and refused to help. They even had the cheek to pressure us into giving a five star review on Trustpilot. Estate agents will be estate agents.
