As a landlady, *the* most important thing is a safe pair of hands with your lettings agent - that you trust them to find a good solid tenant, that will not only bring you the right rental, but above all will look after your property like their own home. Jarek goes above and beyond that: he is communicative, empathetic to needs, very thorough, and incredibly reassuring. All of these aspects, together with his professionalism, means he secures exactly the right type of tenant. I couldn't have asked for more. I recently bought a flat with Chancellors, and was dealing with Rachel Ryba, who I thought was excellent! She was very friendly and helpful, and always quick to get back to me with any queries I had. I would recommend her, and Chancellors.

Justin Shulman, Sales manager of the Hampstead Branch, looked after our flat sale. Justin is a perfect example of an excellent estate agent: knowledgeable, sensible, caring and efficient.
The head office support from Chancellor's was poor and the staff are more intent on selling legal services that aiding our sale. I had to ask them not to contact me again.
The five stars are awarded as a result of Justin's excellent customer focused service which more than made up for the time waster calls from head office.

Had an appointment with Rachel to view a flat that I am buying. She turned up 20 min later. Didn't have my contact details and with the wrong set of keys.

We recently relocated from oversea to London. John Oreilly is super helpful throughout our rental search and settlement. He demonstrated terrific ownership, care for customer and professional expertise.

As soon as we expressed interest to proceed with an offer for the unit (with multiple pending offers), he managed to turn around the case super fast. We ended up being the first to get our official offer in and eventually got the unit. He provided great information on the process and tips on how to win the bidding (such as writing a short intro notes). All super helpful, especially in this competitive market and us being new to London. He was also very responsive to clear all the required documentations and requirement with us. I would give him a ton of credit for getting the current popular unit.

His service didn't stop after the offer was accepted, he did an awesome job follow through to make sure we have a smooth experience to move in, such as providing information/connection to the internet provider, finding out water/electricity provider information etc.

I highly recommend John to anyone who is searching for rental. He is the guy to work with and close the deal.
