Chancellors Finchley
Chancellors Finchley - Lloyd, Cameron & Robert have been extremely diligent in selling my property. They showed the property to prospective buyers and displayed a good knowledge of the house and area. I would recommend these agents.

Quick and efficient
Lloyd was very quick in getting back to book viewings and getting the process of the sale started once an offer was made. He is friendly and answers questions clearly and pleasantly. Very pleased with the service provided and highly recommend using him and Chancellors.

Poor customer service
I booked a viewing 3 days ago on a 1 bedroom in Finchley with Ty.
Me and my partner, both left work early to arrive on time.
When I was waiting for the agent to arrive at the property( because at a meeting you always go at leat 15 min earlier) , at 16 39 he called me saying that the flat was just rented.
One of the biggest lie I ever heard.
At that time he had to be at the property or at least on hi's way with the keys in hi's possesion.
I bet he forgot about the viewing.
Poor customer service.

Would recommend!
Ty was really friendly and helpful in finding us our perfect rental, would highly recommend him!
Chancellors overall are extremely professional and thorough in all documentation, would recommend.
Only negative was the referencing through their referencing agent 'Canopy', very hard to pass the referencing if you literally don't tick all the boxes. No room for any sort of human explanation.
