We have found Chantal very forward thinking and quick to respond to a few problems that occurred in the flat, which were resolved in a matter of weeks.

There are not enough stars to show how appreciative and grateful I am to have Katherine Badenhorst’s support throughout my property purchase journey. After having no communication from Chancellors initially and my genuine desire to view and buy a property, I dropped a note through the door after which point Kathy called and became my personal shopper! From offer being accepted, sale confirmation and what has been an incredibly long and difficult 9 months whisky navigating a divorce, Kathy has been there in every way possible. She understood my situation and worked with me to ensure I got to my destination. She knew all the ins and outs and solutions to so many problematic scenarios and has supported in ways above and beyond what I ever imagined! I will miss her weekly calls.. might have to buy another property just for that!
But seriously thank you so much Kathy, You really are Chancellors’s Mary Poppins! Couldn’t have done it without your magic!

Charlotte Noel from thameside has been very helpful in liaising with my tenant regarding the installation of a replacement washer/drier. I made errors in ordering the washer/drier with the result that my tenant was sent an invoice for the item - which had already been paid for. Katherine Badenhorst is a GREAT mediator/troubleshooter - she should be working for the U.N.!!! We would have given up pursuing this purchase if not for Katherine. She stuck firmly and professional with negotiating an indecisive vendor and, because of her, we have been able to complete the sale and start our life in a new area. We cannot sing her praises enough! Give her a Pay Rise or lose her!
