I’ve just started my property search and have had two viewings with Aysha who has been amazingly helpful. She’s full of knowledge about the local area and answered lots of our questions about the properties, we were really impressed by how clued up she was on all the details and how she accommodated some changes to the viewing timings. So far, my experience with Chancellors has been really positive and I’m excited to eventually find my new home with them!

Chancellors were very professional and provided a complete service, arranging conveyancing, professional photography and arranged for an EPC to be completed. Everything was carried out with great efficiency.
All agents were friendly and kept in weekly contact to answer questions and inform me of the marketing and progression of the sale of my property. The agents handling my sale introduced themselves and viewed my property to familiarise them selves with my property in order to provide the best service. Feedback was provided after every viewing and a page was set up so that I could review progress and contact them when I wished. Reactive, informative and they listen to what you want from your house sale. Communications are very good, providing detailed feedback on views and social media. The pictures of our house were excellent along with a detailed floor plan.
