I am thoroughly disappointing about the service received from chancellors. I am a landlord since 2021. I never recommend any landlord to hand their property to manage by chancellors. Due to high mortgage rates I explained Chancellors I want my property back and I will rent it privately. They did not care the lost I am having. They want to charge as much as money from me. Current tenant they found for me declined the notice given. Their support on this matter was very bad. I was asked to negotiate with the tenant as they can do nothing. Many times when I try to contact to discuss this situation, no one answer the phone. Took 3-4 days to reply emails. I disclose everything I spoke with my tenant. I am not an experienced landlord. If you are very new landlord, need to be extra careful with Chancellors. They trick you smartly to take as much as money from you. They are now try to increase my charges by 2% by saying I dis-instruct them. The only thing I know is their customer service is very pleasant until they get our property to manage, but if you need support they do not care, only focus is extra charging. The worst letting agent in London.

Rebecca went out of her way to assist me when other staff were not available. She liaised with other departments to ensure my problems were fixed that day enabling my property to be listed. Without the dedication she shows to her work I wouldn’t have got the various problems sorted out quickly and efficiently. Rebecca is a credit to the company.
