My experience with the company was not good at the start it took them a long time to sell the house but when Jordon Horne came along and took over he was brilliant easy to talk to and keep in touch with what was going on every week I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting with him as I’m living in Scotland and Chancellors was selling the house so it was great when Jordon took over he could not have be more helpful and a lovely person to talk with I hope he goes a long way with Chancellors it’s people like him the company needs

Kirsty and Jordan went above and beyond their role. The whole purchasing of the house became complicated due to above parties in the chain but with Kirsty and Jordan pushing and chasing, I honestly feel the whole purchase would have fallen through. They were through, supportive and called back when they said they would.

Team in Carterton were fantastic. Sadly our experience was negatively affected when the process was handed over to "head office" staff. A lot of pointless updates and communication if you have a competent solicitor.

Despite confusion about timings, our viewing of the property ion question was very productive for us largely because of the polite, straightforward and helpful attitude of the conducting agent (Jordan)

Hannah was always available to reach by phone and emails were replied to within a good time frame. All our queries were swiftly resolved and Hannah went an extra step helping us secure other requests with the landlord

James was professional and pleasant to deal with. He had a realistic and practical approach and did not make us feel under any pressure.

I’ve recently sold my property using Chancellors Carterton. Having never gone through the experience before and hearing it can be very stressful I was fearing the worst. However, with the help of Ella Carroll, I haven’t struggled or been stressed at all. She’s been there to answer any questions I’ve had along the way and been in constant contact with regards to offers and viewings and securing me a good deal. I could not thank her enough for her help.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Found the staff very helpful before, during and after the viewing process. Liv was amazing and helped us find some suitable properties to view and was regularly in touch with updates. She really put us at ease during what can usually be a stressful time! The staff at the branch were also very helpful and reassuring when helping us fill out an application. Highly recommend.

Particularly on our completion date when he went above and beyond to do everything in his power to make sure the key release would take place for the end of the day. Alice & Steve were by far the most help to get our house sale eventually through the laborious process. On many occasions Alice went above and beyond, one example was when I was asked by our buyers to identify something on our house plans, Alice stepped in and scanned the document and sent it straight through.
