Very professional. Kirsty and Jordan at the Carterton office were exceptional. They kept me fully updated throughout the transaction both by phone and email. They chased the buyers solicitors when needed to keep the transaction on track. I would definitely recommend these agents and would not hesitate to use them again.

We dealt with Hannah in trying to find a rental accommodation at short notice. She was very helpful and always kept us up to date with progress. A breath of fresh air in an industry that doesn't have a great reputation.

We are currently in the process of buying our first home, and have been dealing with Jordan at the Carterton branch. We are both really impressed by the service provided from Jordan so far! Jordan contacted me to let me know that a property we might be interested in was coming on the market, once we had seen it on rightmove we called Jordan and a viewing was set up the very same day, Jordan was extremely friendly and professional when we met him.
