Dexter has been very helpful while I am looking for a place to rent. He has clearly explained the process and has worked hard to understand what we are looking for. He arranged a viewing at. Very short notice from my end and was accommodating with the time. During the viewing he was on time and very knowledgable about the property. I feel like he has done all he can to help us.

Excellent assistance throughout buying process

Poor and pathetic service
Im following on carpet cleaning and bed removal which was supposed to be before my movement. Im really disappointed with the poor and pathetic service I have receive from chancellors. Top of that your employees are very rude and unprofessional

Made an offer on the property. Accepted. Started conveyancing process that included fees. Received a call after couple of weeks only to be told we were gazumped. Our subsequent higher offers were rejected without justification.
