Enzo was very helpful, gave us enough time in order that we could talk about the plans we had for the house and whether they would work on our second viewing. One of our concerns was with the outdated heating system of which he took time to find out more about it. Unfortunately the house is not for us but wanted to say thank you for the time and help given.

When I spoke to Aimee on the phone, she was extremely helpful and very understanding. I felt like there was a chance that with Aimee's help I would find a property to rent within my price range even though I have a longterm illness so am unable to work and therefore receive benefits. After I finished speaking to Aimee on the phone, she contacted Chancellors in Bracknell and asked someone in lettings to ring me, which they did within 5 minutes.

An excellent and empathic estate agent ! Cameron has the rare qualities to immediately connect with his clients of all ages and diverseness, establishing trust, and all with good humour.

I met with Cameron yesterday for a viewing, he was very helpful, he stayed much later despite it would mean he would finish late to allow us to look around the property. He is very enthusiastic with a real passion for the job and I feel he will be a real asset to the company.

Chancellors in Camberley have been very helpful. After making enquiries on Zoopla, I was promptly contacted by Chancellors and viewings booked. I received email confirmation of the viewings and a further telephone call.

We were accompanied on our viewings by Amy Dobson. She was professional, polite and punctual. She was knowledgeable on the properties viewed and the local area. Amy was happy to answer our queries.

Very friendly, knew the house and wasn’t pushy. Amy dealt with the owner very well. Correspondence has been good throughout and checked that we were still OK to view the house a couple of days before. Correspondence was quick after making an offer with the assistance of costing of solicitors.
