Alfie and the Chancellors team have been very helpful and friendly throughout the process of viewing and buying my property. Anytime I needed information it was quickly obtained and explained to me, always with the offer to help with anything else. Very happy and satisfied with the service.

Absolutely shocking service! Save yourself the grief, stress of dealing with incompetent and immature "NON SALES" individuals. They are completely clueless of the housing market and DO NOT KNOW how to deal with people.
We gave them our house on a 5 month agreement which is far too long! Failed to sell due to lack of experience, constant change of personnel due to sackings/breakdowns etc and immaturity of closing a deal and following up. Thank you to my RING.com, I could see and hear their inexperience each time which was so excruciating. Prior to one viewing, I had to take one of sales negotiators around the house and actually take him through the key selling points of selling my Home....can you imagine that!
All their emails are are on a copy and paste basis with a slight change to parrot fashion feedback which as a VENDOR I do NOT want to hear the same crap! I heard afterwards they get paid for listing your house so be aware of being sucked in with their chatty deliverables as they are NON existent. Save yourself the bother and hassle!

The way this company.... and specifically the agent conducts business is how all estate agents should be. Efficient, honest and polite.

Recently we viewed a house with Ryan at the Chancellors Camberley branch. We were very impressed with how he showed us round, answered questions and helped us overcome some perceptions of the house that were not desired at first impressions. He made it easy to visualize some simple and cost efficient options to change, allowing us to view the house in a completely different light. His engaging and innovative style to house viewings is an asset to the company and very much appreciate his style when looking round more houses. Finding a new home to rent can be a very stressful business but Jess from Chancelors - Camberley has made it so much better. I cannot recommend the company or Jess enough, she really has done an amazing job making everything run smoothly and without any hiccups along the way.

We are very happy indeed with the prompt and good communications with Jessica and Aiesha. They have secured us good verified tenants and given us good advice and, best of all, respond very quickly to questions.
In general we are happy with the Chancellors even though a few wrinkles occur from their corporate admin and structure. We are always more content with established agents though wish they could retain staff members longer and thereby build solid relationships with clients. We are happy to recommend Chancellors.

Excellent level of service provided by Chancellors of Camberley, they have been in regular contact since we viewed and found a property through this company. In particular Alfie Roach the local agent has kept us informed at all stages in the progress of our house purchase and has taken a lot of the stress out of what can be a difficult process. Renewal of tenancy agreement well managed despite long delay by the tenant (in place since many years !!)to return the proper documents duly signed

We recently sold our family house in Camberley through Chancellors. We started by contacting 3 separate Estate Agents in the town and took the decision to go with Ieuan Denman at Chancellors. The initial valuation was accurate and we had 5 offers in the first week some of which were from people who wished to develop the house and sell on for a profit. The feedback from Ieuan on the prospective buyers was helpful and enabled us to make an informed decision to select a slightly lower offer from a couple who had no chain and were obviously very keen to live in the house. After that everything went very smoothly and we were kept fully informed throughout. Chancellors provided an excellent service .

Recently purchased in Camberley and team, especially Ieuan and Eve, communicated very well through whole process.

I found Zahra very friendly and efficient. She listened to what I said and understood what houses we were interested in.

Alfie took over the negotiation role and found three buyers and when one dropped out he pro actively secured the same offer from another bidder.
