Prompt efficient customer service. Very polite and helpful and not pushy

We had a very positive experience with Chancellor’s Brecon. Although the move itself wasn’t always plain sailing, the agent we dealt with always got back to us, even on Christmas Eve and worked hard to get things on track. We are grateful for his help.

I really appreciate the fact that Laura gave me a call to discuss our requirements. She was very kind and understanding and made me feel confident that she would help us to find a suitable property. She was calm, pleasant and professional. Thank you, Laura.

I requested a call back on New Year eve about one of their properties listed online. Timothy called me back on their first morning back at work. He was very friendly and took note of all my requirements.

From the outset we have experienced excellent service from Chancellors. Our most recent dealings have been with Timothy, whom along with his cheery and warm personality couldn't have been more helpful. Our viewings were exceptionally thorough where Tim was incredibly knowledgeable and patient and clearly has a friendly and trusting relationship with his vendors. Although we are yet to still find a property in these truly testing times, I feel that either as a vendor or a buyer, any dealings would be handled with the utmost care and attention. Thankyou for a very professional experience.

Though we have only recently begun dealing with Chancellors we have immediately been impressed by the genuine approach (no persistent sales flannel) and efficiency of Timothy Whorwood. Hoping it’s not too long until we find what we’re looking for but pleased to be dealing with the Brecon branch.

Alys was quick to remember my interest in 1 Cemlyn House and to ring me to say it was available. She supported me in my viewing as I am unable to wear face masks.

Alys kept herself available and I knew she would always get back to me. Alys agreed the redecoration of my home, and while I was disappointed cleaning hadn't been completed, fair play to Alys, she worked her socks off to support me in getting permission for me to decorate my new home my way.

Alys was friendly, approachable and very professional. She went above and beyond in reassuring me which, as I am autistic, meant a lot to me.
Given we were barely out of lockdown, Alys did a phenomenal job.

Angharad is excellent from the very first day that I met her, she made me feel that my home was beautiful and that she could sell it. She’s very professional, very smart, knowledgeable and extremely trust worthy.

Angharad from Chancellors Property Agents in Brecon was proactive in making contact and offering their services. She provided clear professional information and kept me updated with developments. She followed up an on-site meeting by emailing me a summary of what was discussed and comprehensive detailed information and a telephone call, asking if I had questions or concerns.

It's seems you have to be covering Hay on Wye and Llandrindod offices and perhaps more offices so well done for covering such a large geographical area Alys. I could tell you have exemplary knowledge of your vendors and properties and a very professional, polite and expedite to all customers.

I can say that before I contacted Alys I had found it difficult to get a response from Challinors initially but that is perhaps a systemic issue (or possibly due to current world issues) between the contact details on rightmove both telephone and email and I guess a central call centre. Once I was in touch with Alys I was completely confident that my enquiries would be dealt with as high priority and felt like a VIP.

Alys is 5 Star.

I only put 4 stars for Challinors because there was a significant non effective response from Rightmove contacts including telephone, email and call centre.This is not reflective of Brecon as I believe I didn't directly contact there.
