Chancellors provided an excellent service when selling my flat & Cormac the estate agent who dealt with it did a great job. With a really good online listing & Cormac phoning round a lot of potential buyers I immediately got a lot of interest in the flat & I was given lots of feedback about how all the viewings went. Good advice was provided throughout the process & it was only a few weeks before I found a buyer. Very pleased with the service Chancellors & in particular Cormac provided.

Tom Houlihan was kind, patient, attentive, and professional. He displayed great knowledge of the properties that he showed us, and was both courteous and receptive to both humour and serious questions. His thoroughness and patience made the viewing an easy and satisfying experience. I feel better prepared to make a decision about these properties thanks to his help.

Having recently decided to market our property, my obvious choice was to market through Chancellors as they are the number one seller in our area.
I rang Chancellors on the Friday and arranged for a valuation on the Monday. Cormac Thompson-Hale duly arrived as agreed, we agreed on a valuation and Cormac said he had lots of potential buyers. He then called later in the day to say he had arranged for viewings the very next day ! wow.
The following day he asked if we would consider an open house viewing as he had several people interested. We had six - eight people look at the house and the following day agreed a sale.
What can I say, Cormac worked tirelessly arranging viewings and worked out side of office hours to keep us informed and bring us a successful sale.
Cormac always accompanied viewings and kept us informed of each viewing result.
This man is a true asset to Chancellors as he was kind, courteous and respectful to us all of the way through our house selling experience and if asked I would definitely give Cormac a 5* recommendation to anyone wishing to sell their home in the future to contact Cormac Thompson-Hale through Chancellors,

I wish I could give no star! I have never seen an estate agent worst than Chancellors especially the Botley branch!

Unfortunately, I had to deal with Cormac at Chancellors Botley on multiple occasions to buy a house. His rudeness and unprofessional behaviour was beyond imagination! I have no idea how this kind of behaviour is even allowed in Chancellors.
I have complained to head office but to my surprise, Chancellors did not take any serious action against him nor they believe he needs to apologise!

Their protocols encourage staffs to lie in order to achieve a higher sale price.
They keep the properties on the market even after the sale is agreed!
In some occasions, the listed photos of properties did not even match with the real estate of them upon viewing!

I have reported them to PRS.

Tom was responsive and arranged the viewing within days. He answered majority of my questions and has promised to get back to me with answers to the ones he was unsure about. Friendly and helpful.
