Cath was our agent and she was amazing. She took time out to explain everything to us and was patient to go over again. We loved her professionalism and personality, smiling all the way through and also making sure that we were okay with everything.

I like how Cathleen handled everything about my experience with Chancellors, promptly answering to calls and ensuring customer satisfaction professionally guaranteed.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Cathleen Anderson of Cancellors - Basingstoke. Since I submitted my enquiry in a bid to find a suitable place in Basingstoke. Cathleen has been most helpful and professional! I certainly appreciated Cathleens politeness and willingness to help. I was also pleasantly suprised when I received a follow up call from Cathleen a few months after to see how things with the property search went. I have since found a place from another estate agents in Basingstoke but Cathleen sent me her best and said she would assist me if I ever need to look for a place in the near future. Therefore I will recommend Chancellors to my friend's / family who may look to settle in Basingstoke.

Cathleen helped me with booking a viewing on a property which my family and I were interested in, she had great communication and was able to squeeze us in to view the house last minute due to a cancellation! She had a very polite and professional manner and is a credit to Chancellors:) She has also been in contact since and will update us on any further possible properties! If you want to loose sleep and not sell your property use Chancellors in Basingstoke.

Probably the worst company to deal with, they will tell you what you want to hear to get your property.

Terrible communication, constantly telling you you have viewings, not putting them on the portal and the. Them cancelling (we sold with strike, an online company where you do it all yourself and not a single person cancelled…. Go figure, these viewings never existed). One weekend we agreed for me to drop my keys with them so I could go out and they had a cancelled viewing and kept the keys for 48 hours….

They were un knowledgable and didn’t write down facts about how property constantly asking me the same questions.

When I tried to give my notice to say I no longer wanted to sell with them they ignored all my request, the head office was just as useless. My name was inputted in the system wrong and it was never fully changed in 5 months.

After 5 hellish months we lost all faith and moved to Strike (we paid £699 for EVERYTHING) and sold the property within 2 weeks.

Under new management the branch phoned me to ask if they could re list my property, what a joke! Eve. If this branch is under new management they head office will continue to be just as awful.

Worst experience of my life, thank you chancellors!

Ellie arrived on time. She has a very nice manner and makes you feel at ease. She is very thoughtful towards my elderly mother, making sure she understood every step.

Friendly and Knowlegeable team. Demi was very helpful. Demi was also very quick at setting up a viewing, which we appreciated.

We had a very good experience with Demi, from the Basingstoke branch, they were very professional and knowledgeable about the property. Additionally, they were able to give us more information about the buying process, as we are first-time buyers and not as well versed in this. Big thanks to Demi again for her help!

Demi has been (sadly cannot say for another member of the staff) brilliant. Polite and courteous at all times and happy to answer any questions even if she has to find out the answer.
