Alex showed us an appartement. I found him courteous towards my husband and I but also towards the 2 ladies who live in the flat. Alex could answer our questions.
The visit was positive.

Provide all the required details and very nicely presented. So we are happy with the service.

From a property management perspective, my Property Manager (Chantal) has been very helpful and understanding when it comes to dealing with issues regarding the apartment I am renting (2+ years so far). There have been a few problems (as there always are) but the communication is very good; she is always on top of things and gets in touch with updates on the situation without the need to be chased. I can drop her an email with confidence she'll get on the case. I have dealt with many lettings companies over my 20+ years of renting and usually I have to keep chasing them to get things fixed or for updates on what's going on. Thankfully that's not the case here.

From a viewings perspective, the Lettings Agent (at Windsor Branch) was quick and flexible when it came to arranging viewings, and understanding in my requirements with several properties viewed in a week, property found, contracts signed, and move arranged.

Alex Dickson of Chancellors took over the handling of my house sale after a disappointing experience of a sale falling through. He has been pro active, professional and has kept me informed everyday giving guidance and support at all times. Through his hard work he has managed to negotiate a new buyer within the space of a week. He has given my sale his utmost importance and I can't rate him highly enough.
