Mandi and Craig at Chamberlains Newton Abbot couldn't have done more. Superb team. Made our purchase happen. Top crew.

Thank you to OLIVIA today who was very polite, anything that she was unsure of was noted down to find out (shared access path), respectful to us as viewers of the property but equally for the owners in terms of us taking our shoes off. Olivia showed us EVERYTHING from the access at the front to the parking around the back and even waited out in the cold for us to arrive, just in case we were unsure of the exact property as it was in a tucked away location. A BRILLIANT viewing on behalf of the owners and Chamberlains! Thank you again :)

I’ m very disappointed on this agency , they have just Liars people. The lady Natalia, send email if we interesting one house , because I can to move immediately.
I said yes , I paid upfront 6 months , I refused another 2 houses with another agency . Ok , after 2 months I received email at landlord, “ how agency told me , he will sale the house in march (after 6 months ) and now should to come another agency to make photo at house, with visitors, etc .. “ I was shocked, because Natalia , told me is for long term , and after this 6 months I will make long contract for house! So ,Who paid for this mistake?? Nobody of course. This liar lady carry on the job , she took the fee on landlord , but me should to change house , to try to find another house near my daughter nursery and surprise, is not house for rent !!!

Initially fine and a lovely pleasant experience, tenant changed a year later and I then had to deal direct with the owner "Steve". A arrogant, unhelpful, unprofessional and just plain unpleasant person, result was I was out of money and I cancelled my involvement with chamberlains. They then decided to not do the paid for checkout report or collect any more rent, because the head of the branch head his 'feelings' hurt (I am preparing to sue the branch)
Because of manager I'd avoid like the plague..
