Glad the shop is back open and delivery is fixed. No problems with my order, packaged well and super tasty.

This is a scam. I currently order on Etsy and Amazon with zero problems. Don’t give these people a dime. They took my money and never sent any products. I ordered in December of 2022 it is currently March 25th of 2023. They told me via PayPal they would refund me but they did not. You will pay them for nothing.

I have wanted to try chalk for a while now and overall it was a good experience. I enjoyed the texture and taste. However 1 point down for order coming late!

Delivery was the downfall but yes I will give it another attempt to order and I’m eating it right now I’m going to to be addicted to this clay

I ordered more than a month ago and still any sign of delivery even when I got email, that shipment was sent. All next emails I send were ignored. They started responding only when they got notice about wrong rate here. They promised to refund my order. I will update when my order will be refunded. My order was refunded and they sent me my order anyway, so I am rising a rating.

Shipping has definitely improved. I was getting worried but I did get my order today. I have been buying from here for a while and the shipping is hit or miss. The customer service was nice and I was offered free stuff so I can’t complain.

I finally got my order! It took longer than expected but was definitely worth the wait. The chalk was really good and nice presentation. I would order more if the shipping improved.

Please heed this warning; avoid ordering anything from this business! Do not tempt fate like I did. Aside from an automated confirmation email that my items were shipped (without tracking details, ETA or who the carrier was) I did not receive a response to any of the emails I sent. It was only through my persistence with my bank that I was able to receive a refund, 5 months after my purchase date! Even if others claim to have received their order, it's highly likely you won't receive yours. BEWARE!

This company is terrible. I ordered ages ago, with a delivery of 2-3 days but have still not received my items over a month later. I have emailed them numerous times to try and get an answer but with no reply. I’m hoping PayPal can get me a refund. Avoid this place- feels like a scam.

I do not know how they are still in business.
Their website made me believe I would be getting a decent product but after paying extra for 1-2 days delivery , I am still to hear from them or get my refund back.
I will however be fighting all the way for my money I am not about to let them

Why do you even have fast shipping at all if it doesn’t make any sense? People overpay for their package to arrive on time, and receive it in 2 months. Are you kidding? Complete disorganization. You are not responding to support messages. Terrible service.

I have made an order and payed extra for a quicker delivery but the package has now 2 months later never arrived. I have mailed them and no answer. Feel stupid that I ordered here cause I really think my package will never come

I ordered two months ago, got shipping notice, but the package never arrived. I contacted them multiple times via Email and Facebook but never got any answer. Took the problem to Paypal and the case is still open. They then wrote to Paypal more than 10 days ago that the package had been sent and provided a tracking number. If you track it, it says that the sender provided the package information without sending it till now. Can only warn from buying there

Ordered the 20th of May and it was to be sent the 10th of July.

Once it hits the 10th it is supposedly shipped but no tracking provided and no answer. Took it to PayPal as it was to be 5 days delivery but no package on the 21st with no answer from the company still.

On the 24th PayPal says they have now provided them with tracking and the tracking says they sent the package the 24th.

Edit: I was contacted by the company and they offered full refund of the product, awaiting that through PayPal. They were understanding after we spoke for a bit.
