Certain Care have provided an outstanding service for my mum. Very attentive to her needs.

Certain Care is a very professional and reliable company that I have employed to look after my mother 24/7 in her own home.
The standard of care has been second to none and I cannot fault the company or the carer who is responsible for my mother’s wellbeing and safety.

Very pleased with the service provided by Scott and his staff. All the carers have been absolutely wonderful and have always been knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. Scott was immediately in touch with any changes and always kept us up to date. Definitely recommended.

Certain care was recommended to me. There were many options but this agency seemed to fit what I was looking for. The carer, understanditing the condition, allowing the service user to gain bearings and idependence, solving any issues that may arise with ease and carrying out duties with resposibility.
Help with advice and support from Scott is always at hand. Carers chosen with much thought to accomodate the needs of the service user. The transition from hospital to home was difficult but handelled by him with utmost understanding and professionalism.

We chose Certaincare to provide a live-in carer service for our 92 year old frail dad 15 months ago, and have been very happy with the service.
The owner Scott took trouble to get a thorough picture of our dad, paperwork was thorough.
The third permanent carer has proved excellent, and been in place for a year, she understands our dad, he enjoys her cooking and is well looked after, communication with carer is good, we have a WhatsApp group for carer and us two daughters. ( first carer lovely but had to leave for medical reasons, second one not compatible , but Scott listened and dealt with the situation diplomatically). Several holiday cover temporary carers have got on well with dad too.
Being a small organisation means it is cheaper, and the owner seems to personally know the carers and has nearly always matched us well. There is also more flexibility around time off, which makes it easier to organise relief care.

The manager/ owner and his team from Certain Care have been looking after my elderly mother for over a year. Our mother is bed bound and has both Alzheimer’s and Vascular Dementia so the live- in carers have to attend to her every need including using a hoist single handed. The manager has always been really helpful in finding the right carer and replacement relief carers for our mother and has been sensitive to both our mother’s needs and to any issues that may have arisen. The carers have been wonderful. They are not only professional but also kind and attentive to our mother. The house is always clean, the food is freshly cooked, and mum is happy in their presence. On a personal level the carers are aware of Mum’s health needs and will call us or a doctor when needed. In February our mother will be 101 which in itself is a testament to their care. The carers often say how much they like/ love our mum and she clearly likes them..even if she has no idea who they are!

We have seen a complete turn around in mum since we started with the live in care, she's less confused, enjoying her garden like she use to and over all appears much happier and relaxed when we visit. The registration process was very simple and Scott was of great help.

We were recommended Certain Care for live-in care for my elderly father. I found Scott to be very helpful, providing all the information we needed promptly. He met my dad to assess his needs, took the trouble to select a carer who would be most suitable and carried out regular checks. The process was straightforward, particularly setting up the payment. Certain Care offered very good value for money. I found the carers to be kind & thoughtful with my Dad's best interests at heart.

I live abroad and rely on Certain Care to take care of my mum. Whenever I have returned to the UK to surprise her I am delighted to find her smiling, well dressed and groomed with her live in carer. I have full confidence leaving her in safe hands.

Knowing that nan has a live in care there with her at all times is extremely reassuring and means that we can relax knowing that she is safe and well. I often visit and can usually hear chatting and laughing as I walk in which again is very reassuring and means that nan has a friend as well as a carer. Thankfully there are not too many changeovers with new carers and nan usually has the same people return which is great for consistency. If there were a problem then the office staff are there to deal with it and then update us with the outcome. Both myself and nan are very happy with the service.

Certain care looked after my dad for three years and also my partners dad for just over a year. The carers were kind and patient and the office staff always kept in touch. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Overall very happy with the care staff supplied by Certain Care. They know what they are doing, they tell us when things change or if they need anything and the office supplies test kits for UTI's because dad goes down hill very quickly when he gets one so it's important that it's detected asap. Can recommend.

I am delighted with the care I have been receiving from April 2022. Tje team at Certain Care really go above and beyond and i feel like part of the family. The office team call me regularly to check everything is ok and if I need anything. This care is certainly a cut above the rest. Thank you!
